Rating: 4/5Nice product, efficient, easy to setup, nice design.
Pros: -> Purpose : Home network : NAS, printer, wired computer and wireless devices. -> Review : High speed network, 'easy to everyone' setup and nice advanced setup interface and options, easy and efficient internet access prioritization, quick delivery, nice design (for me it worth).
Cons: Cannot wall mount (not announced but thought it was a basic feature to have!), short electrical cable (minor), cannot turn off and/or have scheduled wireless signal (would be a nice firmware update!).
Pros: Smart Wifi, GUI Friendly. Easy to set up with CD and easy comfigurations of settings.
Good Quaility Build and Range and Speed.
Cons: Horrible customer service. waited 1 hour just to get trough the customer service, then i was speaking with a 2 year old in elementary school person that was insulting my tech knowledge and pretty much telling me that im no good at anything.
Had to explain everything by letter since she always asked to repeat by letter. (like seriously that is really bad. ether invest in good quality head mic unit or get properly trained professional to get this done) then after 30 mins of telling my name brand, model, serial, email ,phone number. she was transferring my call to the technical assistance. XD didn't i call the Technical number..argg So before she transfer me i ask gently to get the number in case we lose connection, but she was insisting of transferring me or putting me on hold. ( if she is not aloud to get me the number just say so instead of wasting another 15 mins of my time to tell me to put me on hold)
Lets just say that the technical rep. wasn't much of help.
we was insisting of selling me the protection plan because phone assistance you only have 90 days, i already read that and we wanted to explain me the program.. then i had to ask him if we could focus on fixing my issue before asking me to pay for a 1 year of horrible service. If i don't need to call you, i wont anymore.
while he was asking all the same question all over again same as the customer assistance, i took the time to figure my issue my self. And you know what, i fix it with out his help.
IM NOT TAKING OF A EGG BECAUSE ITS NOT THE PRODUCT THAT DISAPPOINTED ME.. IT WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would buy there product again because its a good product.. just hope that you dont need to call there support.
And maybe i just had some amateur playing games with me because it was 9pm at night.
