Cons: Why would anyone pay for this proprietarycrap when you can use LibreOffice for free and it does exactly the same stuff. All the functionality and file formats. In the name of all that is sacred do not buy this. Save some money, don't support proprietary doo doo and live free. Libreoffice is also available for any version of Windows, Linux or Mac.

Pros: Has Access - Home and Office doesnt. Code works for preinstalled versions Continuous updates from MS
Cons: Why does Access cost as much as Home and Office?
Other Thoughts: If you need it, hard to beat it.

Pros: If you are looking to save on buying Office 2010 Professional Edition then look no further. This is a $200.00 dollar saving.
Although I have 2007 edition installed I wanted the newest edition for the extra added features it comes with.
I'm downloading the 2010 trial edition as we speak, so there is no problem downloading the trial as the other reviewer has stated.
Cons: This requires you to create an account at the official Microsoft store and download the trial edition of this product to your computer before you can use your key card.
Other Thoughts: Thanks Newegg!

Rating: 1/5Cannot Download Software!
Pros: Office is the standard for business software...
Cons: Went to Digital River site as directed to download. The site would not allow me to download and kept kicking me back to the code/empty cart page.
Other Thoughts: If you pay this much for software access, the site you go to download it from better darn well work! Don't waste your time trying this method of getting Office. Either skip it or buy the full version.

Rating: 4/5Office 2010 Pro Key Card
Pros: I'm happy with it so far. You can download office in either 32bit or 64bit flavors from the Microsoft web site and activate with your key card. Burn your download to a disc and re-install it on the same computer as often as you need to. Definitely more cost effective than buying the media version. I am really impressed with Access 2010 and am already putting it to some good use.
Cons: Pricing - WAAAAY too expensive like I have come to expect from ALL Micro$oft products. Part of why Office 2000 was the last Office purchase I've made until now. There's no reason for this product to cost more than half of this price. Ridiculously restrictive licensing and activation foolishness that I've come to expect from Micro$oft. The license ties your office 2010 software to your hardware - one and only one specific computer, and Office cannot be moved to another computer later. You can reinstall on the same computer but you can never move it to a new computer. Decided to use the 32 bit version on Windows 7 (64bit) because documents created with the 64 bit version of Office 2010 has some potential compatibility issues that the 32 bit doesn't have. This will probably be my last M$ Office purchase as I hope to be retired before needing to upgrade again.
Other Thoughts: If running 64 bit Windows, do your homework before deciding on 32 or 64 bit office - my recommendation is 32bit office for both 32 and 64 bit Windows. This key card is good to install on one computer only. Install it on a computer that you know you're going to keep for a long time as you won't be able to move it to a new computer later. As always, newegg was great !

Rating: 4/5Office 2010 Pro
Pros: I haven't used it much yet but it looks like it has some better features than older Office software.
Cons: Can take a while to set up Outlook, especially if you need help from Microsoft and get Techs that don't know how to do things.
Other Thoughts: In the product info, it says the Key Card is for a computer with Office Preinstalled. The Key Card worked fine for the downloaded trial version. I received the Card faster than expected which was nice.
