Pros: Takes good pictures and decent videos. Also, it's performance is quite snappy. One thing I really like is that the zoom lens starts out at about 32 mm (35mm equivalent) instead of the usual 35-38mm, so it's sort of a wide-angle lens. Of course, this means it doesn't zoom in quite as much at the other end of the scale.

Cons: This camera has problems focusing in low light, more than usual it seems to me even for cameras in this class. And if you look closely at your pics (or even not so closely in some shots), there is noticeable noise and/or lens distortion. Although this is pretty much the norm for small cameras.

Other Thoughts: I'd give this camera 5 eggs because it offers good value for the money, except that our two year old Fujifilm point-and-shoot camera takes slightly better photos. Our old camera's pics just look a little crisper and the colors are a bit punchier. Still, this one's a good deal for the money.

Pros: Clear pictures, brain dead easy to use when set to all automated settings.
Included software is good and is fully automated.
This camera is meant for novices. If your looking for high end look else where.
Uses standard alkaline batteries or nimh batteries.

Cons: Long learning curve, takes 2 AA batteries and can be a big drain, but all these cameras are like that.

Pros: Sweet camera. Does everything I need and more. Perfect for the price. Fast processing and shipping.

Pros: Amazing Camera!! This thing takes the best pictures. If you want a low priced great camera then buy this one! I bought a 4 pack of rechargeable batteries for this thing and it works great. I bought this camera for a week cruise that i went on and never doubted it once! i took over 2k pics with this camera. Where else will u find a 12.2 mp for 89.99? Menu is also easy to work with.

Cons: Only con is that its not free....

to medium light situations. Right sized for easy use and handling. Priced rignt!

Pros: Love, love, love this camera! My first digital. Very easy to use and download pix to computer. Photos are very professional looking when printed. Love the 3" screen, yet camera is lightweight and compact. Also takes videos!

Cons: The response when zooming is somewhat slow, therefore missing candid shots at times.

Other Thoughts: Would definitely buy again and have already recommended to others.

Cons: Well lets see here. Half the time it will not turn on. I have tried BRAND NEW batteries in this thing and it takes about 10 pictures and it has a red battery on the screen then dies. The autofocus is absolutely HORRID!!!! I will be RMAing this product asap.

Other Thoughts: When this camera decides to turn on and IF the autofocus will work it takes a decent picture at best. I would shy away from this camera!!

Pros: - Excellent image quality indoors & out. Very happy with it.
- Easy for my father to work with.
- Runs off of AA batteries, not tied to some usb docking hub!
- Writes the pictures to the SD card very quickly. Puts my HP Photosmart R927 to shame!!

Cons: - A bit smaller than I like but its not for me and I think smaller is how most of them are made these days anyway. So not a con, just preference.

Other Thoughts: Got this on sale for 69.99 for Xmas to give to my father. He had two Kodaks and they both died on him over a 3yr period from just normal use. Sad. So I figured we'd try another brand and Fuji has always been known to make good cams. So here it is. My father was quite pleased, worked right out of the box with Windows 7 ( also another xmas gift - my dad racked up this year! lol) and even he can discern the menus. I'm thinking of retiring my R927 and getting this! The price, features, quality.... just great.

If your like me or my father and want a good all around camera for 100 or less. You can't go wrong. Great buy!
