Yes, yes, yes :)
- Pros: Straight out of the box desktop colors are vibrant and needed no adjustments. I am a gamer and so far I have only played AA3 on this monitor, color is deep and emersing... THE BEST monitor I have ever owned.

- Other Thoughts: I also play BF2 but not yet with this monitor, AA3 looks so good I just can't let go, look forward to playing BF2 Bad Co. when it releases...........love it.
I'm flabergasted!
- Pros: Unbelievable value, even when not on sale. 2 HDMI inputs makes it flexible, incrediably clear display and a stylish chassis. Honestly I'm just flabergasted at the quality of the monitor for the price. Plus, it's HUGE. I'm not sure if two would live on my desk, but it's something I'm considering.
- Cons: Got the dreaded "1 inch black bar" all the way around the display on first power up. This is not a problem with the monitor, it's a problem with the video drivers. After fiddling around with them for a few minutes, I was able to increase the 'overscan', and the bar went away. Speakers are weak, but honestly, didn't buy it for them. They fire downward so it's not like they are obvious, so I have no problem not using them.
- Other Thoughts: My brother has a 28" Hanns-G that I was impressed with, we purchased this 25" to replace my mother's old 19" non-widescreen. She runs her 19" at a lower-than-recommended resolution to make it easier to read. She runs the Hanns-G at it's native 1080p and can't stop gushing about how her digital images 'pop' and how pretty it looks. When I replace my monitors, these are going on the short list of possible replacements.
Hanngs-G 24.6" Monitor
- Pros: Monitor had good graphics as I needed something to use as a second monitor for my stock software. Setup was easy and connections were more than simple to do.
- Cons: Bought this on November 6th and noticed about 60 days later that it had a streak down the right side. Was going to call to get an RMA and got busy so now the monitor will come on and then after 2-3 minutes shutdown. I have to cycle the power to get it back up for 2-3 min. Called Hannspree and it took them a few days to get me an RMA. I boxed it up after having to uninstall the base that the unit had attached out of the box. I noticed on the box from Newegg that it came from their RMA Center, but yet when I purchased it said nothing about being a refurbished unit, so I am still confused on that. Next time I will spend the money and purchase a better monitor. Does no good to have a 3 year warranty if you need the monitor for your work and it is broke.
