Pros: Looks great, is bright, and is a solid product. If feels like it is made to last. It looks amazing when playing games or watching movies or videos. ASUS did a great job with this Monitor.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: The neck that holds it up is a little on the skinny side. I was worried that the monitor would shake a lot. But I tested my older monitor that had a thicker neck and it shook the same as the ASUS so overall this monitor is great. Also, I love how thin the LED monitors are they look great.

Pros: Nice big screen, great resolution

Cons: Dies, and dies quickly

Other Thoughts: Had another asus monitor I am very happy with, bought this on sale and now regret it...

Pros: Great, bright screen. 2ms response time is great for games. Shipped with no dead pixels and stand is not as wobbly as everyone has said. With an office at home, this will save me some money on electricity and looks great

Cons: None so far, this is perfect for what I needed.

I could be wrong but I think you will rarely get good console gaming from a monitor which is one of the big things that differentiates (apart from size) monitors from tv's. not to sound stupid but it could also simply be the hdmi cable

Cons: *hi im not a con, just a pro that's window shopping. I must be wandering around that weird shopping part of the internet again. I really need to start taking my b12 again so I'm not so forgetful*

Other Thoughts: I simply never thought of hooking up a console to my monitor simply because of screen size so I don't know from experience

Other Thoughts: Running with my Radeon Hd 7950 and games like DIRT3, Batman AKC and BF3 Look great :)

Pros: Looks good, crisp colors.

Cons: Started having problems in less than two months. Screen artifacts, randomly loses the picture completely. Tried hooking it up to different machines same result. If this is a taste of ASUS build quality, I don't plan on touching anything else of theirs... ever. I've had a cheeseball Acer 22" for 5 years and it's had 0 problems. I ended up having to put that one back on my new rig just to type this review.
Oh, and don't get me started on the wobbly stand that the screen is too heavy for. I had to shove stuff under one side of the base to keep the screen level. What were they thinking?

Pros: -killer picture
-im satisfied with the viewing angles
-HDMI

Cons: -my only complaint is the menu....its a bit annoying/confusing unless you tamper with it enough to learn it. it doesn't require rocket science, but it could've been easier to navigate with.

Other Thoughts: -I use this for an extended 2nd monitor for watching movies, videos, web browsing, etc. Got it onsale around $140. Worth every penny.

Pros: What a nice monitor.

5) Last but not least, ASUS

Other Thoughts: I rarely give anything 5 stars (eggs), unless I'm totally amazed. Got here the next day via UPS.
ASUS and Newegg, what a great combination.

Pros: I think the price is the best pro. If I get the rebate. It's got 23 inches and 50 milli contrast ratio. It has 5 times the contrast and a inch and a half on my last asus. It cost 30 bucks less than the last one.

This arrived with no stuck pixels. It's literally pristine. My girlfriend touched the screen with her greasy index. I was and still am mad.

Cons: does not give lap dance. from streets of kiev.

Other Thoughts: there is some wiggle. for 119 USD, she can wiggle in my lap. Monitor will shake a bit. I chewed up a lot of ritalin as a kid. That's probably why. My game play doesn't shake the monitor (the counter-strikes, swtor, bioshock infinite).

I bet some of yall like to rage when you get owned in the games you play. maybe even busted a pixel during a fit. Then you knock off eggs for the pixels and wiggles. Sure the base could be better. My desk has a base built into it. The desk stands on little legs. The desk is 7 feet high. My legs shake the whole desk. Can't blame the monitor for that. FIVE EGGS w/ bacon.

Pros: Monitor has ability to fine tune position, size, color, temperature, brightness, and contrast.. as most monitors do.
Worked great right out of the box. I did not need to use the fine tune controls too much. Just brightness and contrast and used one of the color presets.
No dead or stuck pixels (my main concern when buying any monitor).
Very clear, sharp, and saturated image.
Dead sexy with a small profile and footprint.
Although some reviews said it was unstable, I find these 3 to be very stable. I do not worry about them falling over if something leans against it (I don't know why you would lean anything against a monitor though...)
HDMI, RGB, DVI

Cons: No DisplayPort
As the monitors warm up or cool down you can actually hear the plastic expand and shrink and make those subtle creaky noises every now and then. Once warmed up or cooled down (about 30 minutes) it no longer makes any sounds.

Other Thoughts: I am very impressed with this product and it has been a perfect addition to my system. Smooth pictures in games (SWTOR, Diablo 3, HoN, L4D2, Quake, MWO, Hawken), quick response in video editing (Sony Movie Maker 12), and clean whites, bright colors, dark darks for movies.
