Pros: -Easy Installation
-Quick Release
-Low Profile

Cons: -Screw Holes should have been 1/4. (had to drill)
-Loctite should have been used on their assembly

Other Thoughts: So I had to drill out the holes so I could use 1/4 bolts since I was putting this in the RV and wanted a grade 8 bolt. Locking mechanism works just fine and it does what its suppose to do.

Pros: Easy to install and simple design. If you're looking for a basic wall mount for your LCD monitors this is a good choice.

Cons: can't think of any.
