5 out of 5 eggsAesthetics vs Value

Pros: -Senseye low Blue Light is a great.
-Menu interface. I found the big buttons on the back to be better then front buttons. They are ergo-dynamic in my opinion.
-Value price makes this a no brainier.

Cons: -Glossy edge and bezel

Other Thoughts: I have had two of these monitors for a month now and I have no regrets. I have had them in low blue light mode for most of the time but recently changed the preset to do some GIS mapping. These monitors have great color and contrast when not in low-blue light.

Overall I think they are probably not as Aesthetically pleasing as other monitors. The glossy bezel and stand look cheaper then other monitors. I took off the stand for a dual monitor setup and they look much better.

Note: The bezel is larger then the similarly priced GW series monitors. If you care about slim bezel you may want to sacrifice a light increase in response time for the GW series (VA vs TN) and smaller bezel.

Other monitors are probably better at the $200+ price range

5 out of 5 eggsbest monitor for the price

Pros: size

awesome right?

Cons: minimal option tilt
no height adjustment option

Other Thoughts: i came from eyefinity set 23 inch 1080p
i tried 4k monitor and got disappointed because of the compatibility issue
dont want to buy 2k waiting for freesync
so decided to settle down for awhile on this 27 inch monitor.
all i can say BUY IT!! you wont regret it.. best monitor i have seen on the price range, i checked other brand 27 inch over at best buy and so far this is the best option.

2 out of 5 eggsDid not match my other GL2760H

Pros: Looks decent for the money

Cons: I ordered one of these to match the other GL2670H I purchased from someone else a couple weeks earlier.

The monitor that showed up was 500,000 units older (according to the serial number) than the one I ordered earlier, and was different. The BenQ label and other info printed on the front of the monitor is lighter color than my other monitor, and the monitor itself looks different on the same settings. Does not seem to work as good. (low bluelight setting is barely noticable for example) ..

Other Thoughts: Newegg offered to RMA it but could not guarantee I wouldn't get another old/non matching one. This is clearly an old revision of the monitor. Apparently I need to deal with BenQ directly and hope they're willing to help.

5 out of 5 eggsBest $179.00 I've ever spent on newegg.

Pros: Fantastic colors, 2ms response time, flawless operation, looking for a real nice 27 inch monitor, look no further. Paired it with my 27 inch Samsung, looks great. Quality construction and sturdy bezel.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor

Pros: Really great monitor. Started up right away and had no issues connect to my MacBook Pro through HDMI. Stand is pretty sturdy, but still low profile. The bezel around the screen is small: no more than ¾ of an inch. With the small bezel, it is really great to be able to have two monitors put together for an extra large display. Response time is amazing. The monitor lights up and is ready to go within about 8 seconds of pressing the on button. Overall great monitor, great size and great price.

Cons: Control panel is a bit hard to use, but doesn't really ever need to be adjusted if you use the same settings all the time.

5 out of 5 eggsNice Monitor

Pros: Lot of options in the menu along with a bunch of presets and low blue-light stuff. The price was right: over $100 off. Nice blacks and whites like others have said.

Cons: With the AMA on, there is a lot of ghosting; not really a con because turning off AMA will make it look like other monitors.

Other Thoughts: I've played FPS and RTS on 5ms and 2ms monitors and I don't see a difference.

Windows: If you want to fix the colors without using the annoying buttons right click the desktop and go to screen resolution -> advanced settings -> color management, color management -> advanced, calibrate display.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Monitor

Pros: Bright, clear quality image, tested on both games and some HD movies. Very happy with the image quality. Bought 4 of these to do a 1 over 3 setup in my home office. No dead pixels, they all worked out of the box.

Cons: Power button and controls on the back of the right edge. If you are putting these side by side, be aware that it will hinder any access to the controls. Not a big deal for me since I leave mine on all the time, just put them to sleep.

Other Thoughts: I bought four of these at the "sale price" of $209.99 each. 3 days after they arrived, the sale ends, and they go further on sale at $199.99 with -$20 off each?!?

Thanks NewEgg........$120 I could have saved.
