3 out of 5 eggsWorks great but NOT for business use!

Pros: Nice keyboard, ergonomic and well liked by employees. The price is very fair, and overall our impression of the device was good. But we tend to test input devices for 6-8 months before buying more of a device. It's a good thing.

Cons: You cannot use two logitech KB/Mouse combinations in the same space. Unfortunately the set began failing and we found a user in the office next door had begun using a logitech wireless keyboard. This caused havoc this set (KB and mouse but mostly KB) making it unusable. We picked up another at BB with the same result. Went to extremes using logitech tools to fix it. No joy. The result, it's a great keyboard for a home where it is the ONLY logitech KB/M set. Logitech, please do a better job pairing these uniquely at the factory.

Other Thoughts: for the price I suppose we can't complain (thus 3 stars instead of less). It seems a quality piece of hardware. I just wish they'd either take basic steps to ID/Pair them, or state on the advertisement they are not unique. The poor guy next door had three mice and three keyboards at once through two walls! :)

5 out of 5 eggsFlawless

Pros: I like the rounded edges on the keys, and it demands just the right amount of pressure to press each key. I rarely fatfinger anymore. It is everything I was looking for in a keyboard.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: I'm pretty picky about tactile response, and this keyboard is quite gratifying. It's not an old IBM keyboard, but there is a satisfyingly clear click with each letter that I type. I also type with one hand, and the keys aren't too far apart for that. Some keyboards are too large for my little, female hands. :P

5 out of 5 eggsGood Sturdy Product

Pros: Good price and sturdy build...Easy to install and long battery life...This product has stood up to over a year of abuse from my 5 year old daughter and is still going strong....very handy for my living room setup

Cons: i have no complaint with this product.

Other Thoughts: This was my first wireless keyboard and mouse i have always been a wired guy so i was skeptical that is could hold up to the abuse...i have been very please with this product and how well it has held up to the abuse we give it in the living room.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Reasonable price and low battery consumption

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: After 18 months of usage approximately, I just changed the mouse battery because it died and they keyboard is still running with the same battery (two thumbs up for that). Also, it is very ergonomic. I love the feel to the keyboard keys and has good range (I've used it across the room without any problems)

1 out of 5 eggsDon't ignore all of the 1 egg reviews!

Pros: Looks good, has media keys. Good distance on the mouse, when it works (see cons).

Cons: Spotty at best, often a 10 second delay between typing and letters showing up on the screen. Mouse regularly stops working; power cycle usually fixes it for another few minutes.

Also, minor complaints compared to the "it doesn't work at all" bullet point, but: keys are shallow and soft, tactile feedback is pretty bad. Mouse is a little small for my hands, and has no side buttons.

Other Thoughts: I paged through the reviews here before I purchased, and paused a bit at all of the 1 egg reviews regarding reception and lag - then I told myself that with the overwhelming amount of positive reviews and my past experiences with Logitech, "it'll probably be fine..."

Big mistake. I got two days of pretty solid use out of these before they started having MAJOR lag issues.

Don't ignore all of the bad reviews here, this set is absolute garbage. The Microsoft sets in the same price range are much more reliable.

5 out of 5 eggsFirst wireless keyboard/mouse

Pros: Solid wireless connection. Both mouse and keyboard work well for me.

Cons: Batteries will eventually run out.

Other Thoughts: I was concerned the USB/wireless combo would not work out, but I was wrong. They both work, even in BIOS.

1 out of 5 eggsSevere lag issue

Pros: It's a good price, and I've always had a good experience with Logitech.

Cons: Severe lag issue, especially in games. Unifying receiver is within 1/2 meter, and all fresh batteries. All drivers up to date. No other transmission sources within 3m. Characters typed are hit and miss... more time based than per character. Keyboard will become non-responsive for several seconds and then work for several seconds. Spews queued characters. Mouse is similar... visibly choppy motion.

Other Thoughts: Googled the problem, and have found reports of this issue dating back to 2006. Yikes! Logitech occasionally chimes in with level-0 tech support (lip service), but no solutions ever.
Try a different model, or a different brand.
