CORSAIR Flash Voyager GT is a premium performance, high-capacity USB 3.0 flash drive, delivering renowned Flash Voyager durability and high speed file transfers even on USB 2.0 system.

  • newegg Go Beyond Ordinary USB 3.0 Speed Standard USB 3.0 flash drives are fast. Flash Voyager GT USB 3.0 is even faster, with data transfer rates of up to two times the speed of standard USB 3.0 drives, and up to eight times the speed of USB 2.0 drives. The portability and convenience of USB drives has always meant putting up with delays while waiting for files to copy, but with Flash Voyager, that's a thing of the past.
  • newegg High-Speed USB 2.0 Data Transfer, Too Chances are that you’re still using at least one PC that hasn’t yet been upgraded to USB 3.0. Flash Voyager GT has you covered: not only is it fully compatible with USB 2.0, it’s also one of the fastest USB 2.0 flash drives on the market. Data transfer across multiple PCs is both fast and worry-free.
  • newegg Durable and Shock-Resistant The finger-friendly ergonomics of the Flash Voyager GT USB 3.0 will make you want to take it with you everywhere, so reliability is essential. Corsair's exclusive all-rubber housing is extremely durable, for worry-free transport of your valuable data. And because accidents happen, Flash Voyager GT USB 3.0 is water-resistant. Unlike traditional storage media, flash drives are solid-state, so they can easily handle the everyday — and not so everyday — drops and bumps that come with the territory.
  • newegg Convenient and Compatible It works with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X and even Linux without drivers, and there's no software to install — just plug it in, and go. If your computer has a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 connector, you can use Flash Voyager GT USB 3.0.

1 out of 5 eggsUnacceptable performance

Pros: None

Cons: I could not get this flash key to work for x64 versions of Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1. I got it working for x86 version of Windows XP SP3 on one (and only one) old machine that I had lying around. On practically every machine I tried using this flash key, the device was not properly recognized by Windows. On some machines it would "connect", but I could not read/write any files to the device.

Other Thoughts: I would award negative stars to this Corsair 32 GB USB 3.0 flash key if it were possible. Flash keys are expected to work without hassle. If this is a driver/firmware issue, then shame on Corsair for doing such a sloppy job.

What's worse, I bought an expensive 128 GB Corsair USB 3.0 flash key which is exhibiting the exact same issues. I'm really disappointed. I own 2 other USB 2.0 Corsair flash keys, and those continue to work very well. But Corsair's USB 3.0 flash keys are awful.

And, I thought it couldn't get any worse. But it did. I tried calling customer support and tech support to get these issues resolved. When I reached customer support (after waiting 30 minutes on hold), they told me to call tech support because they couldn't do anything for me. When I called the tech support line, there was no one available. There was only a pre-recorded message saying something to the effect of "We're terribly sorry but there is no one available to take your call. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.". Really??? Unbelievable!

Don't waste your time or money on this product like I did.

5 out of 5 eggsBest way to image computer, hands down.

Pros: I have been using this single thumb drive to image computers with Windows 8 and 8.1 for the past several months. Installing from USB 3.0 to an SSD, the time from first boot to OOBE setup averages about 7 minutes. USB 2.0 takes about 20 - 25, but this is still better than using and DVD.

Cons: The drive is BIG. If I have it plugged into a port it is difficult to plug anything into adjacent ports. This is more of a minor annoyance, as I can work around it with ease.

3 out of 5 eggsBulky Casing

Pros: Hasn't become corrupt after 1 year.
Decent transfer speeds when utilizing usb 3.0 port.

Cons: Bulky case makes it difficult to plug in any other usb devices in an adjacent port. I'm sure it's for protection (possibly just for looks), but there's a point where it's too much as this flash drive often takes up 2 spaces.

5 out of 5 eggsVery fast drive

Pros: This is a very fast, very rugged drive. I am not afraid of dropping this drive in water or stepping on it because it is built as rugged as Corsair says it is.

Cons: A bit bulky for use on a keychain with car keys, house keys etc.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good price, fast. Works great when it works at all.

Cons: Like others have said, it had a tendency to fail after a few months. I work at a PC repair shop and used it pretty much every day. Worked great until one day it stopped working in any PC. Windows wants to format it, and will fail to format it when I try to. Linux simply fails to mount it.

Based on other things I've read about this drive, I'm not even going to bother trying to RMA. I'll just buy another drive that isn't this one. Maybe I'll make a personal project out of trying to fix this one myself before trashing it.

1 out of 5 eggsFlash Voyager GT 32 GB USB 3.0

Pros: Speed, when it works.

Cons: RMA'd 6 of these units, and their replacements fail after 1-2 months.
Unfortunately, another is failing currently.
Will not RMA or replace with another Corsair flash drive.
They need to rethink their design on these drives.
The connector is too big for side by side ports.

1 out of 5 eggsSo dissapointed

Pros: I love the construction of the device that's about it.

Cons: I have had two RMA's so far and about to have to do a third. I must be incredibly unlucky cause these things work for a little while then all of a sudden no computer will read it. Just a heads up you might be thinking oh he just pulls the drive out and it gets corrupt. Well this is not the case I always eject the drive before removing.

5 out of 5 eggsSo much better

Pros: -Much faster than normal
-speeds around 52mb/s formatted to FAT32
-The beefier GT version really does add a bit of speed, if you use these alot to work between computers I reccomendthe extra money

-Rubber case corsairs have me, thye bouch rather than break or make the horrible plastic on cement sound

Cons: -obviously doesn't hit the theoretical speed
