Pros: It replaced a Verbatim Tuff'n'Tiny that fell off my keychain someplace within a 50 mile radius of where I live. Reads and writes were much faster than the tiny Verbatim drive and it was quite rugged. My fears that the rubber would wear out and break free from the lanyard clip were unfounded; after almost 2 years of being on my keychain, there was no sign whatsoever of tearing or deterioration of the rubber.

Cons: It stopped working after 22 months.
The LG-NAS it was the backup for had failed a couple months prior, so all data is gone. My fault for not backing up the backup immediately after the LG-NAS failure.
2 stars subtracted due to the incredible amount of inconvenience of trying to locate purchased software on the web (legacy drivers/software were found using the Wayback Machine) and reading 12 years' worth of e-mails to get the registration keys to it all.

Other Thoughts: I have learned that nothing electronic can be trusted 100%, and that one backup is insufficient. At the very least, make a backup of the backup immediately after the original fails.

I have another Corsair Voyager Mini 32GB USB 2.0 flash drive in my possession, purchased elsewhere shortly after the first. It is still a very good performer. I am aware that sporadic failures happen, am not afraid to continue to use the one I have left, and am not afraid to buy Corsair products again.

The Wayback Machine (do a web search) is a valuable resource for obtaining drivers and software from websites long gone, or that no longer carry the software you previously downloaded. Nowhere near as good as having an adequate backup, though.

Pros: Very compact and works great. Even survived a couple trips through the washing machine with all files intact.

Cons: Easy to lose because of its size so be careful.

Pros: This drive is very rugged and has a nice solid feel in the retractable lever, it clicks into place, and doesn't seem like it would wear out even after considerable use.

Cons: None, see other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: This is a very good drive. It comes with a keychain loop to stick on your keys, which is useful. The male USB end easily slides in and out but is firm enough to not slide out without pushing it. It's nice and small so it's not bulky on your keys. I would recommend this drive, especially for the cost of $25 after rebate.

Pros: Works great. Couldn't believe 32 GB could fit on such a small item.

Cons: seems like it can easily snap in half if plugged in and you bump up against it forcing it to bend in half. Could be more solid rigid casing.

Other Thoughts: Rebate arrived as promised. Haven't used it yet. If you don't see a comment back you know it was accepted and worked, and if you see a comment likewise the news isn't good.

Pros: Very small - I leave it on my keychain for transferring files. I love the capless convenience - the USB terminals retract when not in use. Transfers are pretty fast and I have had no issues with the memory itself. Prior to this I owned the 4GB version and it too ran flawlessly.

Cons: It is made of plastic and cleverly designed but the parts can break if too much force is applied so you have to be a little gentle with it when using it. The 4GB version that I had started coming apart, but I did use it fairly frequently. Note also that the electrical connection for USB is only on one side so if you insert it into a USB slot and nothing happens, you may have to flip it 180 degrees and re-insert.

Other Thoughts: It is a reliable brand name so the main reason for selecting one flash drive over another is convenience. This drive is superior to most others because (1) very small form factor and (2) capless design. If these two factors are important, then this is the drive for you. If you are looking for something that is robust and can take abuse etc. then look elsewhere.

Pros: FAST FAST FAST drive! I have clocked read speed at 34B and write speed at 26MB with Crystal DiskMark. Have not run into any problems with reliability, seems to work fine on my Samsung home theater system. Only gripe I have is the rubbery case, I would prefer something that doesn't attract so much dirt, lint, or whatever else is in my pocket. Got the rebate back quickly with no problem. Another great product from Corsair!
