Other Thoughts: This is a great choice for Memory for anything you are doing, you wont need much more than this unless you are a big multi-tasker. Overall Great.

Pros: Great price for a 8gb stick, Cool Heatsink! Good Performance!

Cons: This ram is very picky of what slot it is put in, and I really had to PUSH it down hard to properly seat and operate. I also had to adjust my timing to gain the full (advertised) speed of the product.

Other Thoughts: It does work fine in the build it is in, but it was a total pain to get it to seat. I am a system building that runs a small sized IT company and it has been years since a memory module has ever slighty frustrated me. But the system runs great! And I would Consider another stick to do dual channel. Good product but not for a novice builder.

Glad to hear you like the appearance of the RAM and got a great deal on it. This is a popular memory kit as it provides high capacity and performance at a low price. With regards to installation, the memory is standard DDR3 size, so it will fit in any DDR3 memory slot. It is possible for the module to fit slightly tighter or looser in different slots, but as long as the memory is in the slot guides, you can firmly press down on each end of the RAM and it should click right in. Feel free to try several times and even reinstall in multiple slots to get a good feel for it. It does not hurt to do so, and it can prevent hardware damaging issues due to improper installation. Pros: Used this in my first build, works great so far. Great brand and a great price.

Other Thoughts: I plan on getting another one of these in the future to upgrade to 16gb.

Easy timing adjusment for amd systems

Cons: Even with adjusting the timing it was still pretty slow.
Overclocking does not happen, shuts down system at the slightest over clock.

Other Thoughts: Good for moderate system and for someone with no interest in speedy computing or overclocking. Someone looking to have a computer over 4Ghz, I would not recommend this RAM for you. Definitely need something faster.

For overclocking, you will definitely want a memory kit that is DDR3-1600 or higher to unleash the full bandwidth of the CPUs capabilities. Since this is a single 8GB module, you will need another one to fully utilize the dual channel memory architecture the motherboard was designed for. By running single channel, performance is hindered, so that may be why the RAM seems slow. Otherwise, this is a high capacity, performance memory kit that will be very fast and stable in any DDR3 motherboard that can support 4GB modules. Pros: great stick of ram

Cons: unfortunitly it didn't work

Other Thoughts: I already have one of these in my system, so loving the low price thought i'd bump my rig up to 16gb. unfortunitly my computer kept crashing and turns out the RAM is faulty. Now I just need to figure out how to get this returned and get a replacement...

Pros: I got on sale,
My motherboard decided to overclock it without my knowledge and it sat at 1800 for months before i found out what was happening, surprisingly it is still intact and working.

Cons: None that i can think of

Pros: Arrived fast, worked well with my current build. The RAM was very easy to install, and seemed very sturdy and well built. Runs great.
