Pros: Great speed CAS latency, timings were spot on in my rig, at a great price too got it on daily sale.
Cons: Nothing really wish i coulda bought two sets at a time so i could have 8 gigs lol.
Other Thoughts: Im broke now finished my rig but i would buy multiples of these sticks, makes since to get them now while you can.

Pros: Works great with i5 750 GA-P55-USB3. Very very good money-performance ratio.
Cons: Had to RMA my order a while ago due to the Cold-Boot issue. Newegg customer service and RMA process make it a hassle-free ordeal, though.
The Cold-Boot issue is not easily spotted; some people don't even know that their RAM has the issue.
If you want to check if your RAM has the Cold-Boot: After having your computer running stable and smoothly with the new RAM, turn it off for about 5-6 hours(do it on the weekend, ideally.) Turn on again then run memtest, or continue using the computer for 2-3 hours, If you run into a blue screen of death within about 3 hours, it's very likely that you have a Cold-Boot issue. And if the memtest turns up with many many errors, it is sure that your RAM has the issue.
Note*: run memtest before Cold-Boot test if you think your RAM are defective in another way.
Other Thoughts: The RAM has a default of 1333MHz. If you have a P55 socket1156 CPU and want to run it at 1600MHz, you might have to overclock your CPU. If you have a Gigabyte motherboard however, it will let you run an x12 memory multiplier without overclocking. So you can run the RAM at 1600MHz without changing processor's speed. Simple enter BIOS and change RAM setting to Profile1.
I'm sure that it works with GA-P55-USB3 motherboard for the i5 750 chip, I can't guarantee that it will work for another board.

Other Thoughts: Like others have reported, my 2X2Gigs booted up at 1333 instead of 1600. Simple to change in the BIOS on my Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H LGA 1156 with Intel i3 530 Clarkdale processor.
