TRIM Support The OCZ Agility 2 Series SSDs offer native TRIM support that can be enabled in Windows 7. Designed to maintain the performance of SSD at an optimal level over the lifetime of the drive, TRIM functions by actively deleting invalid data from the SSD’s memory cells to ensure that write operations perform at full speed. Since a memory block must be erased before it can be re-programmed, TRIM improves performance by pro-actively erasing pages containing invalid data, allowing the SSD to write new data without first having to perform a time-consuming erase command.
2.5" to 3.5" Adapter Included The OCZ Agility 2 Series is specifically designed for notebook computers coming in a 2.5-inch hard drive form factor. In addition, the installation kit includes a 2.5" to 3.5" bracket for matching with 3.5” drive bay to extend the storage of your desktop computer.

The second one failed many months later. The two upsides are that bootup time was fast when it worked and that I have an excuse to upgrade because this SSD did not last remotely close to the 1 million hours it promised on its packaging. Cons: Complete fail. Not sure if the warranty is still valid, but this is the worst ~$200 bucks (for two of these SSD's) I've ever spent. Cons: SSD go bad after 5 months. The drive was put in my home office computer for three months, the computer was not heavily used, no game no download, average for 2 hours a day. It just died as a sudden. Compare to my other SSD drive experiences, this one is much worse than I expected. Read the reviews about this brand before you buy. No OCZ any more, game is over, do not take a chance that you will be lucky, that will not happen as my experience. Vertex lasted about 20 months and OCZ replaced under warranty. Agility just now failed after 24 months. Will attempt to replace under warranty. With this kind of disappointment I wish OCZ would offer an upgrade option or cash back on their warranty. Sad thing is that I bought into OCZ's hype about acquiring Indilinx and bought a Vertex 4 last year. Wonder how long it will last. Manufacturer Response: I am sorry to hear about your Vertex 2 and Agility 2 - both of these drives use a SandForce controller and have had several firmware updates containing adjustments and enhancements.
