The SLI ready 4GB kit from OCZ has the NVIDIA Enhanced Performance Profiles built in making it the best memory possible for use in nForce SLI-based motherboards. These boards feature a custom-designed BIOS, like those designed for NVIDIA nForce SLI MCPs and can boot at 800MHz with 5-4-4-15 timings right out of the box.
The exclusive NVIDIA XTC heat spreader takes cooling efficiency to new levels. Airflow is optimized by creating micro-convection currents, eliminating the dead space created by conventional heat spreaders. Additionally, the thermal honey-comb design offloads heat quickly and efficiently.
The fusion of the sophisticated EPP memory spec and cutting-edge, high-speed OCZ DDR2 architecture make the PC2-6400 edition a major breakthrough for advanced SLI platform performance. Bring home stability and speed to your personal computer today!

Nice, runs fine 4x2GB = 8GB
- Pros: 2GB per stick, good heat sink, low profile, good timing, can run at 4-4-4-12.
- Cons: 1 pair was DOA, requires 2.1V min to run at 5-4-4-15 so not all motherboard can support it. Be sure to use in motherboard which allows to configure voltage.
- Other Thoughts: 1st I have Ord Duo CPU cooler which makes impossible to use high-profile memory because it cover memory slots with one of the fans. So this memory works best in my configuration. Second I had to bump voltage up to 2.4V to make 4x2GB configuration run smoothly on ASUS P5N-E motherboard. This can be a MB problem or memory controller problem or BIOS issue. Anyway, 2x2GB @ 2.1V run fine. Adding another 2x2GB causes all king of crashes. After a few evenings I figured out that 4x2GB config causes voltage to drop from 2.1V to 1.8V approx which is too low for those RAM sticks. After gradually increasing voltage I came up with 2.4V. RAM is stable now, no overheating. I assume 4 stick draw to much power which causes memory voltage to drop. But it's not RAM problem, it's MB problem.
great product
- Pros: I have 8gb running with vista 64, q6600, evga 780i mobo and i hardly ever use over 40% of the memory.
- Cons: none
- Other Thoughts: just a note, if you are installing vista 64, you will only be able to use one stick when you first install the OS. Go to microsoft and get the patch. then you will be able to use all four sticks.

Worked fine for 7 months, then dead
- Pros: Reasonable price, reputable manufacturer
- Cons: Died after 7 months.
- Other Thoughts: Waiting to hear from ocz about RMA. I understand there are defects in memory modules, I just must be unlucky, this is the second time I've ever had to RAM memory, both times now ocz, I'm seeing a pattern. Gonna just stick with gskill from now on.

Dual channel sticks don't work together
- Pros: Worked fine for about a year.
- Cons: For some reason the dimms generate errors and blue screens if i run them together. Both sticks test fine alone, but when I put them together in either dual channel or single they mess up.
- Other Thoughts: Tried everything i could think of including varying the settings and voltage. For a while i thought it was my motherboard, but my wife's ram works fine in it.

Great choice for gaming
- Pros: Very fast and affordable RAM. My friends told me this was a pretty good set of memory for gaming and I bought it when I had the money. Had it for a month and I'm so glad with the performance results
- Cons: The only real con is that you need a 64-bit OS to use all 4 GB. However when I get Windows 7 64-bit I'll be even happier.
- Other Thoughts: If you have the money buy this set, because you won't regret it
