Moving a file over the drive gets an average speed of 4MB/s. I was using a dock earlier and that got at least 20MB/s. Both drives failed. Worked with tech support they wanted me to return the drive at my cost. I never had this many problems with any other brand drive. Purchased 2 new Kingston drives. Cons: Painfully slow. Other Thoughts: I bought this drive with the idea that it would be faster than some old USB Flash Drives I have lying around. DaGeek247 1/9/2013 2:28:27 PM Tech Level: 4/5 Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5Very Durable Pros: Rubber Casing seems to protect the data extremely well Small size makes for easy storage Hole for tying drive to lanyard or some other string to avoid losing it Cons: Rubber cap is really fun to mess with and i'm afraid it might break before the drive does Cap can't be placed on the backside of the flashdrive, at least, not without stretching the rubber cap. Other Thoughts: I bought this for my mother, who teaches English as a second language, and uses it to carry her documents and other stuff. I am the first person she comes to when she has issues, and I have not heard a single complaint about the drive, which means it is working great. Did you find this review helpful? I own two and have used the first one primarily as a custom windows boot drive. (I don't even purchase/install optical drives anymore) My 2nd one is for everyday minutia. Cons: I can transfer any files (even if i transfer a mp3 file it will take like 10 minutes then get stuck half way) -Yes i tried formatting this Flash drive multiple times.. Pros: -Small -Portable -Definitely water/shock resistant -Cheap Cons: -ONLY water/shock resistant if you have the cap -cap is VERY easy to lose, especially if you key-chain this -cap didn't fit snugly for me after a few months of use -rubber body didn't fit well either: towards the end, trying to pull the thing out of a computer was hard as the body would slip off, and leave the key plugged in Did you find this review helpful?
