5 out of 5 eggsVery Solid Dives

Pros: Running in Raid 0 configuration. ATO indicates over 1000 MB/Sec read and 900 MB/Sec write. Can't beat those speeds unless running PCI Express SSD.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Cost is a little high but worth the speed. No hang problems - can't see why some are indicating they are having issues. If they do some research before purchasing it would clear a lot of there issues up. Have fun with these and get two and run them in Raid 0.

5 out of 5 eggsNo problems

Pros: Fast, Stable.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Intel website had a free tool to clone my old 320GB drive onto the 240Gb drive. I later did a clean install of Windows 8 64bit, which also probably got rid of a lot junk.

Do I really need a SSD, maybe not.
For a work laptop Intel was a fast / safe option, especially if your laptop supports 2 drives.

5 out of 5 eggsits an SSD with 240GB

Pros: -obviously very fast
-fits all your data plus more, only had to start uninstalling games after 1/2 a year
-my brother and I got same setups except I went with an SSD and mine is soo much faster in daily tasks

Cons: at regular pricing may be better idea to get an HDD instead. I got it for $140

Other Thoughts: if your going to use an SSD make sure you turn off defragmenting and configure it right
only had it for about a year but I'm pretty sure it will last forever as SSDs are supposed to last much longer than HDD

4 out of 5 eggsFast SSD

Pros: Installation in my 2009 MacBook Pro went smoothly, though you'll need a Torx T6 screwdriver for that. Everything feels much faster compared to the original hard drive, apps that used to take 5 seconds to open now start in under a second.

Cons: I can only get a 1.5 Gbps link speed instead of the full 3 Gbps, but that may be due to my computer and not a fault of this drive

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Super fast upgrade from my 7200rpm drive. Top notch Intel software.

Cons: Price? Got a good sale price but still...

Other Thoughts: Intel software made it really easy to clone my old drive and replace with this one. Also the Intel SSD monitoring software lets me know estimated remaining lifespan of the drive and perform routinte maintenance.

5 out of 5 eggsIncredible and Fast

Pros: You can never go wrong with Intel. I was a little bit hesitant to go with this SSD with it being so new and with so few ratings but am glad I did! I have not had a single problem with it since I bought it at a screaming good price around ThanksGiving a few months ago. The main reason I went with this SSD is because of the brand, I knew I could trust Intel and just bought an i7 intel processor and because it's fast, incredibly fast. Windows boots in 7 seconds, that's 7 seconds from the time I press the power button to being able to run programs with out delay or loading.

Cons: None, SSD are not cheap but is anything of good quality cheap?

Other Thoughts: SSD is worth every penny you will spend, my only suggestion is to wait for sales, they have them regularly, I bought this one for 25% of MSRP and have not found one less expensive for this size. I suggest (depending on your PC uses) going with a SSD between 240Gb and 256Gb and a SATA harddisk HD 500Gb-1Tb. Use the SSD to store your OS and your programs you want to run and load faster and your other harddrive as a storage drive for everything else, can't go wrong that way.

Cons: it's made my microsoft who likes them anyways......

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding Speed

Pros: Outstanding speed, great 3 year warranty as well, however I have no doubt this will last longer than 3 years. The software it comes with is also excellent, I took full advantage of the cloning software as well as the SSD optimizer. Sata III is great as well - file transfers can hit 200+ mB/s, and boots windows 8 in 12 seconds

Cons: As with all SSD's, it's not quite as fast when full

Other Thoughts: It'll be nice when SSD's start becoming affordable in the 500 GB range
