-No tinkering needed

Cons: a little thick, but that's due to the heatsinks. No big deal, really.

Also, it doesn't turn my rig ino a time machine.

Other Thoughts: Don't listen to the reviewer who says that it doesn't work with AMD. This RAM works perfectly with the platform. I pulled these out of the box, slapped them on my mobo and it booted fine the first time, voltages were all correct, no issues whatsoever. Not to mention that the Voltage rating is rated for AMD boards and NOT Intel boards (1.8 vs 1.65 and lower). This RAM is aweome.

Pros: Works perfectly @ DDR3-1600 @ 1.8v(two sticks). I was able to take this DDR3-1600 (4GB) memory and pair it with Corsair's TW3X4G1800C8DF(4GB) and wind up with 8GB (4 sticks) operating at DDR3 -1600MHz(@1.8v) with my P3E5 Deluxe ASUS Motherboard. I am really pleased with the results!!! QX9650 = 3.8ghZ(9.5x) @1.375v - CPU and Memory Win7 64 bit WEI score = 7.5

Other Thoughts: This memory(TW3X4G1600C9D G) must be in the black slots and the Corsair TW3X4G1800C8DF must be in the orange slots. Also, Strap must = 333MHz and the FSB must equal 398MHz(max). Ai Clock Twist = Moderate. When the FSB > 398(i.e. 399 MHz or greater), I could not get the computer to post. At 398 MHz (and lower) my computer passed all memory testing and a 24 hour Prime95 torture test. I think the reason for the wall at 399MHz(or greater) is the P5E3 Motherboard tries to implement a Profile(1600 to 1800) at that FSB that doesn't work with 4 sticks. If I can overcome this wall I will report!

Pros: Made by corsair, well built.

Cons: WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY WITH AMD! Recognizes as 1066 ram at 9-9-9-28 timings. Requires 1.8v, and is just a hastle.

Other Thoughts: DO NOT BUY!

These Ram still running beautifully, had them for about 8 months now, running 24/7 1654Mhz @ 1.8v, with stock latency timings.

By far the BEST RAM i've ever had the pleasure of owning.

Cons: Not a single issue yet...

Other Thoughts: The Voltage of these RAM modules are CLEARY stated in neweggs specifications tab which is 1.8v, anything lower WILL NOT run stable at 1600mhz!

Currently using the rev.1 Dominator Fan to keeps these babies cool.

Pros: Absolutely amazing RAM kit. Great support from Corsair for setting timings and speed. Quality of build is absolutely ridiculous compared to other manufacturers. All aluminum heat sinks and the performance is unmatched. Another great product from Corsair.

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: Do your research. This kit runs at 1.85V, WAY above what the intel chips like (below 1.65). This is recommended for AMD Phenom IIs. Also, with 4 sticks on a Phenom II, you'll be hard pressed to run at 1600MHz but that's a memory controller issue, NOT a RAM issue. Still runs blazing fast at 1333.

Pros: It runs great on 1066 haha. Fail

i cannot get it to run past 1066 stable, Ive tried 1333 and it ran not bad on 1.65V, youtube locks up my computer not sure whats causing that, ive tried 1.75 V on 1600 and prime95 locks up in seconds, 1333 will run for about 6 - 8 hours and i ussual shut it off after 8 but no issues. I can play Crysis on Ultra high everything ,2x AA 16AF and play for hours, same iwth BF2 BC for hours with no lock up and age of conan and their pretty heavygames. sp i really dont know what to do. i seen alot of these were made for Intel Cpu so maybe i messed up their, all i know is i need some help here

Pros: This is some stupid fast RAM, i got 8Gig's of this stuff in my PC. and it does run at 12800 as long as your MOBO can support it. also i have not had any freezing problems or anything like that at all. my mobo reconized the RAM right from the start. will deffintly buy this ram again for furture builds unless a new model comes out.

Cons: none ( well does hurt a little when you place them in the slots because of the heatsink ) but not realy a con.

Pros: Very fast RAM. Recognized on ASUS MB & Windows 7 Ultimate. Bought 4gb going to buy another 4gb.

Cons: Large footprint on MB. Cables tight between memory & drives in ASUS mid-tower case. Still workable.

Other Thoughts: Would recommend highly. Memory is fast and reliable. Pros outweigh the cons.
