5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the bucks..

Pros: Fast, handles overclocking well... Overclocked to 2.1 Ghz, still runs < 36 C with included cooling fan and heat sink.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Affordable, would recommend to anyone not looking to build high-end system. This is was installed into our media center and accomplishes the task just fine.

4 out of 5 eggsExcelent

Pros: Bought for a customer build and was extremely surprised by this little CPU. For the price you can't beat this thing.

Cons: The Fan on the heat sink is cheap. Sounds like a sleeve bearing instead of ball bearings. Not really something that needs to be replaced unless it just flat out goes bad somehow, but something to be aware of when you buy it. If loud fans are an issue, you can always buy a Zalman to slap on top of it.

Other Thoughts: Fan works fine, it's just annoyingly loud.

Pros: Great Product...(Put all Products in this board, listed below)
Cpu runs very cool. Temp: 5c - 20c on all 3 MoBo's,
That does seem really low to me... but i did touch
the Heatsink, and its very cold... Voltage 1.20v

Overclocked CPU from 1.9g to 2.1g, using stock Voltage. 1.20v

Runs Battlefield 2142 (low Settings 10x7 Res.) at 25-30fps

Cons: None...

Other Thoughts: Product Ordered...

5 out of 5 eggsSatisfied

Pros: I chose this CPU mainly because of the price. This was my first build and I am satisfied. This works great for what I want to do, which is surf the web and burn/rip cds.

Cons: None as of yet.

Other Thoughts: Absolutely no problems running Ubuntu 8.10!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for HTPC

Pros: I put this in a HTPC build, and I couldn't be happier. Its low power, and in casual (HTPC) use doesn't feel any slower than my E8400 or 5200+.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Great for internet surfing, HTPC, Office use. If you want to do anything more than that get a faster processor.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: its dual core for 40$ better deal than an ecs goal+ anyday and comes with quiet fan and heatsink, never goes above 37c in intelburn! though one of the sensors are off 15 degrees
it's overclockable, low energy ,but I bought a zotac 6100 value and cant overclock it for sh! I put the ram at 800mhz stock everything, and if I want to overclock the cpu all i can do is raise the frequency which also changes the memory. I guess I can't blame the cpu though at one point I did have it at 2.3ghz stable then for some reason after 8 hours of prime stable it decided stock was the only way it would work, weirddd

Cons: I should have spent the extra 17 bucks on a true dual core x2 5200, I have a x2 6400 with ecs 6100 board and it runs a lot better, and the q6600 I have blows them out of the water with aplications.

Other Thoughts: If you want to leave 5 web pages opened and burn a dvd and other stuff(multitask), dont get this cpu, if you want to play internet games, broswe the internet, this cpu is perfect, low energy, overclockability on certain boards too, I just built this to sell as a cheap computer, so I didnt go all out on a 57$ board that could have overclocked the crp out of it, wish I did.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Processor Yet!!!

Pros: Excellent Performance out of the box. I am running it in a home server which I use to store videos and stream them over my home network and the internet. Just when I thought that this processor couldn't get any better I dropped the voltage down to 1.0 volts and was able to achieve a stable overclock of 2.58 GHz!!! On 1 Frikkin volt!!! 24 Hrs Prime stable. Simply Amazed.

Cons: Don't have a use for buying another.

Other Thoughts: Got this when it was on sale. Ordered it at noon and received it at 10 am the next day (Free Shipping Option). Can't go wrong with AMD+Newegg!!!

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT OC'ER!!!

Pros: Very good power consumption ratings
45w
Overclocks easily to 3.0 ghz with stock hsf, just set vcore to 1.3 v and 316 clock. Idle's in COOLERMASTER centurion 5 w/ 120 mm front and rear fans, with extras 20'C and drops sometimes below that, and under full load 8+ hours orthos passed~ 50'c on stock hsf.

Cons: None, except it doesn't do my homework.

Other Thoughts: I love this little processor, I bought it because my x2 4600+ gave up on me when the fan broke, I thought this was going to be a horribly slow processor, but even stock, it outperforms my 4600+, and I can oc the heck out of it with 1/10 less vcore and still keep it stable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

5 out of 5 eggsfeisty little guy

Pros: 45 watts, super quiet, actually relatively powerful

Cons: nadda one

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these for my daughter and nephew, my daughter for basic use, and my nephew as a cheap low power gaming pc(up form a xp 2500)she love it, she converts video for her zune, listens to music, and surf the net, he also loves his, paired it with a 9500gt, and it was a big giant step from a radeon 9600xt and xp2500. I have a q6600, but im thinking of getting this cause it such a great chip
