5 out of 5 eggsFantastic PSU for a budget build

This review is from: Antec NeoECO C NeoECO 620C 620W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Got this in 2010 for my first build. Still running strong in 2014. Only getting a different one because I can afford a better CPU/GPU and will need more power.

Cons: Didn't make me pizzas?

1 out of 5 eggsantec 620c power supply

This review is from: Antec NeoECO C NeoECO 620C 620W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: None

Cons: DOA Contacted Negg, one week past purchase date. Checked Antec site, which said if less than 60 days old, contact dealer. NE stuck with 30 day.

Other Thoughts: I had an earlier ,same model, popped it into the new build, all was right with the world. I will try to return to Antec when I get a chance with the three year window.

5 out of 5 eggsWhisper quiet

This review is from: Antec NeoECO C NeoECO 620C 620W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: Super quiet
Powerful
Efficient

Cons: None yet, but I just got it

Other Thoughts: I gave this 5 eggs in spite of just recently getting it because it's already met my criteria. I wanted a powerful PSU that is very quiet and under $80. I'm extremely happy with how this turned out.

5 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: Antec NeoECO C NeoECO 620C 620W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: I replaced my old Corsair PSU which was giving me blue screens, and now it's rock solid. Great product.

Cons: Newegg completely dropped the ball on shipping this... I've never seen such worthlessness in customer service, and I certainly didn't expect it from Newegg. I used Google Wallet for the first time, and Newegg's system threw out half of my address information. My Google Wallet information is correct, but for some reason Newegg didn't receive it correctly. It's probably a glitch on their part, and it's a HUGE problem that needs to be addressed. I spent hours talking to Newegg (and Google Wallet) customer service, and they refused to help me and transfer me to their managers. They straight up said no. They wouldn't help me at all even though it was their system that threw out my address information. They offered to cancel the order, but I needed a PSU and I wanted the rebate and shell shocker deal I was entitled to (which was only available for a few hours). Unbelievable.

Other Thoughts: I always go out of my way to use Newegg, even if it costs a little more. I may reconsider in the future.

4 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: Antec NeoECO C NeoECO 620C 620W ATX12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

Pros: I got it for a real good price (on sale at Newegg) and it fitted well to what I was building. This was my first build so it was a little bit of a challenge to figure out where everything went. But all the connections were labeled so it was not too hard to figure out.

Cons: Cables were a little stiff to route around but managed to get everything tucked away nicely. The instructions it came with were a little vague and I went on line to help me along the way.

Other Thoughts: I was originally looking at getting something around 700-750 W, but the price was going to be over $100. Since I really didn't need that power for this build it worked out great.
