5 out of 5 eggsWorks well, very quiet

Pros: I got this power supply with the Antec 4480 II case. Quietest actively cooled PSU I've owned. Clean voltages.

Cons: Only 380W, but it's 380 honest watts. 34A @ 12V (17+17) is more than you'll get from many cheaper PSUs whose power output is rated much higher than it.

Other Thoughts: Many of the negative reviews appears to result from the fact that this is an ATX v2.0 power supply. This (and all other ATX v2+ supplies) are not appropriate for pre-Pentium 4 era systems. It doesn't supply -5V and the power distribution among voltages is for modern builds.

5 out of 5 eggsWHS PSU

Pros: Used ths for a WHS rig with 2x1TB eco drives and a celeron 440. Super quiet fan. My case fan is louder than the psu.

Other Thoughts: Great for WHS machines.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing.

Pros: Rock solid. I've been running this for 2 years. I've currently got the following hooked into it: AMD 4200+, 4GB ram, ATI HD2600, 1 (SATA) BD drive, 1 (IDE) DVD drive, 2 x (SATA) WD Green 1TB, 1 x (SATA) WD Black 1TB, 2x (IDE) SEAGATE 500GB, 1 x (IDE) Seagate 400GB. As Keanu would say, "Whoa."

Cons: Nothing. Not only is it stable, but it's also very quiet.

Other Thoughts: I'm considering upgrading to a quad core, and I'm going to initially try it out on this PSU. If it can't handle it, I'll go up to the 500w version, but I'm definitely sticking with this product line!

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for server build

Pros: This PSU made a great addition to my new WHS server build, which is left on 24/7. This PSU runs quiet and cool in my full tower case and the leads were more than long enough to reach everything. I even had to wrap up excess slack and connectors. I coupled this with other efficient components (see below) and have slashed the power budget going from my old aging server to the new one.

Cons: I had seen this advertised a little cheaper elsewhere, but bought here with the rest of my order anyway because Newegg has always been good to me.

Other Thoughts: I used this build to replace my old dual Xeon server which ate 140 watts idle and 200+ under load. My target idle power draw was between 55-60 watts going in. I was at 58 watts but added a 3rd case fan for extra cooling on my hard drives. I am very happy with the results.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent!

Pros: Inexpensive, saves power/money

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Have already lowered my energy bill. Put this in my server which is on 24/7, and it has saved me money!

5 out of 5 eggsBloody quiet

Pros: I got this to be a quiet power supply for a HTPC, replacing a noisy 500W. I was anxious that my 2.66Ghz Core 2 Duo, Radeon HD3450, multiple SATA drives, etc. might draw too much power since I was dropping from 500W supply to 380W, but have had zero issues.
Incredibly quiet, definitely a worthwhile move for reducing noise.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsA solid performer

Pros: It's rated at 80% efficiency or higher. That means less energy dissipated as heat inside your case, and a slightly smaller electric bill, compared to a low-quality PSU of the same output.

The voltages are pretty good. They're not as rock-steady, nor as accurate, as a PC Power & Cooling PSU, but they are still just fine.

Cons: It doesn't have modular cabling. Of course, I wasn't expecting any after viewing the photos. It's still a nice feature that this PSU could have, but doesn't.
