3 out of 5 eggsProduct is good, support is terrible

Pros: This product is a solid PSU. Worked well out of the box, modular cables are an awesome feature, stable voltage, very high quality product.

Cons: Support is horrendous. They sent me two CPU cables instead of two PCIe cables, and I contacted support over a month ago. I got one response asking for an address to send an extra cable to, and then nothing. I have responded approximately 5 times seeking an update on my plight, and no response, no cable. I have two video cards and have been forced to find adapters for the molex power connectors to PCIe. I am very frustrated and upset with XFX's response to my customer service request. In addition, their customer service site is difficult to navigate and half of it is poorly written in English or in Chinese.

Other Thoughts: If your product doesn't have any issues, this is a great product. Be aware though, that if you do have issues, you may have a hard time getting them resolved without a complete RMA.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Very solid PSU, got one for a computer rebuild. Construction is excellent, power readings are very solid and hardly ripple at all during use, cables are very nice and high quality,

Cons: Maybe price because I'd like to get thinks as cheap as I can, but it is not bad for a $20 rebate. So not really a con.

5 out of 5 eggsQuality product with crazy price

Pros: A 750W power supply for $119 after MIR is awesome; especially it is a fully modular unit. I love the fact that you only have to use the cables you need for your build and nothing else. This is extremely helpful with wire management inside your case.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I'm running 2 nVidia 560's in my case along with 6 fans and other various accessories that need a lot of power. This unit plows through the electricity needs with no hesitation! I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for stable power and no interruptions! Well worth the money!
