2 out of 5 eggsWorked well then died at 20 months

Pros: High powered. Will support 2 high end video cards that require direct power connections. Modular cables make for less clutter. If you don't need a particular connector, you don't plug it in. No bundle of unused cables to deal with in the computer case.

Cons: Dead at 20 months. I believe that the company's computed 100,000 hour MTBF (11 years running 24/7) is a bit optomistic. I hope that they honor their 3 year warranty.

Other Thoughts: Fan is louder than on most power supplies that I have used but this supply is much more powerful than any other supply that I have used also. If you don't need this much power there are quieter alternatives. There are two cables to supply power directly to crossfire or SLI video cards. I don't see a way for it to support three for those really extreme gamers out there.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Purchase

Pros: Modular design is always great for saving room in your case. Quite fans. High Watts

Cons: None in over a year of ownership.

Other Thoughts: I defiantly haven't put it under any power stresses. Single 9800gtx+, 2.4 quad core, x5 sata hard drives, x2 Optical Drives. So there isn't a large power requirement in my system but none the less I really like this power supply.

1 out of 5 eggsLook Elsewhere

Pros: When it works, it is great.

Cons: Short life, MTF is not long enough for the investment, overheats easily

Other Thoughts: I bought this PS and had to replace it less than 30 days later. I figured that it was a defective unit and exchanged it under my warranty. It may have been, but now, 16 months later, it has died again.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Love the modular aspect of the Psu and fan Cools the Power supply adequately and my computer runs flawlessly when it comes to power

Cons: The fan did rattle when fan begin to speed up to cool the power supply but I found fix for it by adding Paper Washers inside the fan no more rattling there a thin nylon washer like disc split radially on one side on the back part of fan underneath the sticker you pull it apart with small screwdriver to take the fan apart then add paper washer and then put nylon washer back on

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU, Great Price!

Pros: This PSU was perfect for my Antec 900 case. It's modular so you only plug in what you need, and the cables are long so they can go where you want them to. It's plenty of power for my set up and it works great!

Cons: None

2 out of 5 eggsGreat 12 month PSU

Pros: Worked great for 15 months.

Cons: Getting a hideous fan noise as was described by other users. Took the grill of the fan, played with it a bit and the noise went away for a few days and now it is back. I am preparing for the fan to die and the PS to be replaced. I'm going to try and contact the manufacturer and see what they can do for me.

Other Thoughts: Unfortunately, I have to order a new PSU in the meantime. I just can't risk any downtime or this thing damaging any of my other components.

5 out of 5 eggsawesome psu

Pros: powers like a champ, here is what people want to see tho:
-phenomII 940@3.7 on liquid
-8gb ddr2 1066mghz
-2x48701gddr5 iceq in crossfire
-3x320gb hdd in raid 0
-1x1tb hdd
-1x60gb ssd
-3x80mm fans
-3xhigh performance 120mm fans
-2x250mm fans
setup uses 775watts under load, and ive never seen a hiccup

Cons: fan sometimes rattles but has never caused a problem

Other Thoughts: just know what you need. this is a quad 12v rail, even tho it is 950watt you need to kno the rail limitation for amps. My friend bought a very similar psu from rosewill and put a 2900xt on it. the psu smoke within an hour. In that case what was needed was about a 700w single rail psu. but you live and you learn. you can split the rails very nicely on this with minimal effort so that you wont smoke it. just know what you got

3 out of 5 eggsAt least it still works!

Pros: Haven't had any problems for 1y 3m and does the job. Is still working.

Cons: Don't OCCT overclocked i7 with 2 Crossfired 4890s you will notice a smell like something getting ready to fry but it hasn't died yet. Haven't gone over 5 minutes to see what would happen if left for an hour. Could be a fan problem since I never hear it fan speed up.

Other Thoughts: Eventually I will purchase a new PS to have a better piece of mind, but for now it works fine without pegging everything at 100% using OCCT. Never noticed any problems gaming but at least I had everything together to test for problems just after the build.

5 out of 5 eggsStill Working Great After A Year!!!

Pros: Price!
950W!
I haven't had any issues with it! (even after a year)
Wires have a protective mesh(ish) case on them!
It is quite!

Cons: The installation can be a bit challenging because the cables are stiff due to an extra case around the wires keeping them safe.
Other than that I have no complaints.

Other Thoughts: I have had this for over a year and it works great.
I highly recommend this Power Supply!
