2 out of 5 eggsOn #5... Problem after Problem

Pros: 1 out of the 5, worked well for 4months, was relatively quiet.

Their tech support, well after you get forwarded to someone in the US not India or wherever, was really good. The person I spoke to was insanely helpful and very supportive.

Cons: 1.First one I purchased returned to the retailer for rattling fan.

2. Second, returned to retailer for rattling fan.

3. Third one, retailer warranty ran out, had to RMA and pay for shipping, for another rattling whiny fan.

4.Fourth one, the +12v wasn't providing enough voltage, causing black screen crashes and my GPU fan to spike until the system reset itself or was manually restarted. Under load would drop to 11.4-11.5v, in bios and idle would fluctuate between 11.6-11.7v.

Other Thoughts: Awaiting the 5th one in the mail, which they are paying for my shipping this time.

Hopefully this one finally works... Meaning the fan isn't whacking things and making howling noises, and the power it provides is actually within the specifications.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: The cable sleeving is nice and there are enough extra ports for multi-GPU and 750W is enough for most mid-high end rigs. It runs very quietly as well!

Cons: The sleeving doesn't go to the end of the cables, but thats okay since you can get aftermarket cables.

5 out of 5 eggsBuild to work!

Pros: have a bunch of fans more than 7,ati 7770 card wich require a 6-pin power connector, micro mobo but still requires 8-pin power connector,BD-drive,SSD drive,USB 3.0 external HDD,speakers,mouse/keyboard,water block for the cpu you name it and seems that nothing that I add to my case makes a dent to the PSU, Only paid $68 after egg discount +20 rebate, and yes will recommend to others!

5 out of 5 eggsnice

Pros: Very quiet. Modular. Looks nice. 80 Plus Bronze.

Cons: Expensive. 8pin(4+4pin) cpu power cable is very short.

Other Thoughts: had a 950w Athena power for the last 5-6 years and had grown accustomed to the sound. after new case, new cpu cooler, and new gpu all with fans barely running I started to realize all the sound must be the psu's fans. put this Thermaltake in and almost thought my PC wasn't starting: too quiet. Perfect.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: Modular, Flat and long cables, Worked right out of the box. I was happy with the length of the 24 pin cable and 8 pin cable was long enough to go behind my mobo for a clean install. Best buy I have made in a while, gotta love newegg.

Cons: Not really too much of a con but the flat cables can hard to bend to fit certain parts and what not. The 2 6+2 pins leave alot of cable showing when hooking to a video card. The cables are think and sturdy which really isnt a bad thing but can get annoying.

Other Thoughts: I have been nothing but happy with this psu, plenty of power to run my system with no problems, and plenty of cables and length, I recommend buying this if you are in the market for a new psu.

My System:

Biostar TA990FXE mobo
Phenom II X6 1055t oc to 3.3ghz
2x Radeon 6870's in Xfire
2 HDDs
Cooler Master Storm Scout case with 6 fans
