1 out of 5 eggsNearly 20% DOA (Shipping/Packing Issue?)

Pros: Don't Know (DOA)

Cons: Received a DOA PS (which is most likely due to the sorry packing job done by New Egg). I was looking at the other reviews and nearly 20% were DOA. NO manufacturer would produce supplies without testing them (well any manufacturer that wants to stay in business anyway) so I'm not inclined to believe that Corsair is responsible for this DOA supply.

Other Thoughts: NEW EGG, SPEND THE EXTRA $0.20 TO AVOID SENDING YOUR CUSTOMERS DOA SUPPLIES AND DESTROYING YOUR SUPPLIERS REPUTATION!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply

Pros: I bought this to put into my gaming server computer and it works great. I've had no problems with it and it was a great deal for a 600W power supply.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsEmergency Replacement

Pros: Well labeled unit and wiring, zip ties and mounting screws included, drop-in installation, simple instructions, robust SATA connectors.

Cons: Only one video card supported, instructions not as comprehensive as they could be.

Other Thoughts: Bought this as an emergency replacement after my last died of dust. Item and modular connectors are well-labeled for easier installation. (Personal gripe: modular PSUs could come with extra connectors for installing another video card (or other peripherals) rather than a Molex-only power cable that forces me to buy adapters.)
Review is 5-eggs for installation and accessories. (Unit was not DOA.)
Installation instructions could have stood to have been more detailed for newbie use.

5 out of 5 eggsVery powerful power supply

Pros: Modular, very powerful, quiet. It works just fine powering all my components.

Cons: There are not a lot of individual cables, thus if you want to plug let's say a single Molex device, you have to plug in the entire cable with the four Molex connectors, making a bit of a mess.

Other Thoughts: Nothing to say really. This is a great power supply that I recommend to anybody.

5 out of 5 eggsOne of the best!

Pros: Modular build prevents excessive cable clutter.
The unit itself is well built, and the materials are strong.
Looks great.
Runs fairly quiet.

Cons: Having a hard time finding any cons to the power supply. I bought a modular, 600W supply, and that is exactly what I got. After over two years of service in a build I went back and bought another for a new build. It is solid. If anything, a 80PLUS Gold or Platinum rating would be something to shoot for, but bronze isn't exactly a bad rating!

Other Thoughts: If you buy, you will have nothing to worry about. Great piece of Equipment.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Corsair are very easy to work with if you ever have problems. Nice looking modular cabling. Great price! I normally prefer Antec for power supplies but the pricing on the Corsair units made it the best choice.

Cons: Not full modular? But why bother as the MB cable is always used LOL

5 out of 5 eggsgood PSU

Pros: Good PSU for the price
mine's been quiet

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: Needed some extra watts but not a whole huge amount.

Mainly wanted to add a little extra "headroom", only thing that really needs it is ZOTAC GTX 750Ti graphics card-which is very light on power draw. I could get away with 450 watts, this is fine for my needs.

The fan works PROPERLY - runs less, is more temp and need sensitive than my last PSU.

So I can't rely on the PSU fan incorrectly running on high all the time for added cooling. Not a fault of the PSU fan, a fault of my laziness. So I added a fan finally to make up for inadequate cooling design instead of lazily letting the PSU fan run wrong.

Good PSU, no problems, and strange to not hear the PSU fan for a change, nice to have it quieter.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Power Supply!

Pros: -Reliable
-80+ certification

This power supply works great! The power has gone out a few times since I got this, and no damage has been done to any of my components. It's able to handle everything I throw at it (dual gpu, 4 HDD's a bunch of fans, etc). 5/5 would recommend to anyone!

Cons: None!

4 out of 5 eggsGood power supply

Pros: This has been a good power supply. Installation was easy and I've seen no problems in the month or so it's been powered up.

I would recommend this to family/friends.

Cons: There are six SATA nodes, 3 nodes equally spaced on two strands. Unfortunately it's impossible for me to power an optical drive and a HDD using the same strand because the nodes are too close together.
