2 out of 5 eggssomewhat okay

Pros: worked well when it worked.

Cons: Where to start, the fan randomly worked when it wanted too. Would randomly overheat causing the system to shut down. Would then go through the whole system to determine what overheated.

Not sure what the white stuff exactly was inside the PSU, but it was just thrown in there haphazardly.

Later on in its life it started to zap me when I touched it, shouldn't of but it did.

4 out of 5 eggsgood psu

Pros: Got this back in 2012, done exactly what is should have. Great Psu, still running in my system now.

Cons: either the fan or the psu itself is now starting to made a low buzzing sound, almost like what an hdd would make but from the psu. It comes and goes, but is starting to be more consistent now.

Other Thoughts: Corsair support has been good to me so far, i submitted an rma request a few days about this explaining what the issue is. They have already approved my replacement for me on this and I didn't even get the warranty. So they freaking rock to me. Thanks corsair.

1 out of 5 eggsBAD

Pros: none

Cons: went through two of these same power supplies and they both crapped out on me. fans would start jittering, making random noises it would randomly power off with out warning now the fan doesn't spin at all and the computer doesn't stay on for more than 2 mins.

i dont do alot of stuff on my PC or dont have it running constantly and still ran through two of the same exact power supply

not buying a corsair power supply ever again

1 out of 5 eggsDied in a little over a year

Pros: I guess for the 16 months it worked it was fine.

Cons: Died within 16 months and Corsair doesn't cover return shipping for their warranty repairs/replacements. I talked to Corsair tech support to a "Brian C" who was unhelpful and just regurgitated the same sentence over and over that I had to pay for shipping. I've had PSUs fail before but not this quick. This will be the last Corsair I ever purchase.

Other Thoughts: Awful customer support

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect had this almost 4 years now

Pros: Quiet- Never acted up
running -amd fx series, with amd R9 290 gpu, 1hdd, 1sdd, 1cd/DVD driver, led fan control, and 4 case fans, and CORSAIR Hydro Series H110
this is the only thing that hasn't been replaced in gaming computer

Cons: To much wiring but that was my fault was part of 1st build ,3 builds later Im mad at my self because 5 of the wires aren't being used so my case is full of wiring and cant really wire manage to much for my MK - I case to hide it. wish i could remove them but what ever.

5 out of 5 eggsLong-term stable and solid

Pros: Solid gamer PSU. High perf video card, Intel 3770K overclocked, 16GB memory, SATA card and 8 hard drives. Has no trouble powering them at all at max load.

Cons: Not a modular unit.

Other Thoughts: I have had the TX 750 V2 for 2 yrs now and it is solid performer with no complaints of any kind in a high perf gamer PC.

5 out of 5 eggsIt does its job

Pros: I have had this power supply for almost 4 years and it still works great. 750W is all I really need, even for a gtx970.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: If you read the specifications and it fits what you need, then I'd suggest this power supply.
