5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Quiet and doesn't run hot.
Can run some games but mostly used for L4D and it runs perfectly.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Will most likely buy more just to LAN L4D and Halo 2

5 out of 5 eggsA great card if you have a good system

Pros: I have played quite a few games on high settings with this card. Diablo III is the most recent I have played. I played with almost all settings on max. Keep in mind that this card is an entry level card. Your results will not be typical depending on your specs.

Cons: Not SLI capable. Can not support more than 2 monitors at a time.

Other Thoughts: I bought this card a few months back when my card went down. I needed a quick easy replacement for cheap. The card has served me better than I expected.

My system has 16 gigs of ram and a quad core amd so I believe that has helped my performance. If you have a pretty powerful system this card may be a good choice.

Since it lacks SLI and I need 4 monitor support I will be upgrading soon. But I will keep this great card as a backup.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Awesome At All

Pros: None that I could find

Cons: Sadly this card can only play world of warcraft on low settings smoothly. Sad Sad Sad story this card is!

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

Other Thoughts: Bought 2 of these cards despite the feed back due to my budget, and I should have spent the extra on a Radeon. I've always been with Ati even when Amd bought them out for the pure fact that they make outstanding graphics cards but decided to try Nvidia and that was my worst mistake. I will be going back to Radeon without any second thoughts.

Manufacturer Response:

Hi Mattchew,

What other games is this card crashing on? A GT 620 is not typically meant for gaming on high-settings as it is an entry-level card. As for World of Warcraft, please keep in mind that this game is CPU intensive, not GPU intensive. So I would look into making sure that your other hardware is up to date.

Best,
Juliette

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth it

Pros: It does indeed display an image. There are no compatibility issues with Windows 7 Pro 64. Very quick shipping from Newegg!

Cons: Literally cannot tell the difference, regardless of how intense the action, between this card and my geforce 512mb 32bit card! The fan/heatsink looks nice in the pictures, but in reality they are pretty flimsy and cheap. Beyond that, the fan is super-loud. I have four case fans in this build, and the fan on this card overpowers them all. Artifacts appear on the screen for a split second at completely random times. Its just as likely to happen when writing a letter as when heavy gaming. Thank goodness the card was relatively inexpensive...it certainly performs like it.

Other Thoughts: If I had it to do over again, I'd buy a different card. Also, absolutely DO NOT count on getting the rebate. The process is just ridiculous, and after actually getting through the convoluted mess of submitting the rebate, Zotac still denied my claim (their excuses are pure fiction). Its hard to believe a company would try so hard to avoid such a small expense. I guess that is one way improve a the profit margin!

4 out of 5 eggsNot too bad

Pros: Small, newer technology, lots of memory onboard.

Cons: Not earth shattering change from my older 6000 series card I had in my spare computer.

Other Thoughts: Hey it was an improvement non the less in my spare machine and for the price you really cannot go wrong if used in a light duty application

3 out of 5 eggsGood Card for the price. Bogus Rebate site

Pros: Easy to install. Does all I need. Would be a great price, but for the broken, bogus rebate site.

Cons: Bogus rebate on a dysfunctional site

2 out of 5 eggspoor card

Pros: it arrived in a timely manner

Cons: Didn't preform as well as an 8800gt with 512 mb, and when i sent it back the person unpacking the rma lost the lousy post card for a free magazine subscription I never wanted in the first place and new egg deducted $20.00 dollars from my refund saying I didn't return a complete order. The problem is I don't have video tape proving how inept their unpacking was because I know for a fact it was in there when I mailed it. How are they going to charge someone 20 bucks for something they never asked for in the first place. To top it off I paid 15 bucks to mail it back. I hope new egg is happy they lost my business for the new computer build i will be buying from a competitor.

Other Thoughts: They're quality has gone down dramatically!!!
