The wait is over. EVGA presents us a powerful yet highly affordable graphics card - 02G-P4-2662-KR with the new mid-range GTX 660 GPU. GeForce GTX 660 GPU inherits the class-leading performance and power efficiency of Kepler GPU architecture without breaking your bank. Factory overclocked at 1046MHz which is 66 MHz more than the reference card, the EVGA 02G-P4-2662-KR offers more astonishing graphics performance. To make the big bigger, GPU boost offers a higher GPU clock whenever it is possible.

  • newegg Kepler GPU Architecture NVIDIA's Kepler GPU architecture has been designed from the ground up not just for maximum performance in the latest DirectX 11 games, but optimal performance per watt. The new SMX streaming multiprocessor is twice as efficient as the prior generation and the new geometry engine draws triangles twice as fast. The result is world class performance and the highest image quality in an elegant and power efficient graphics card.
  • newegg NVIDIA GPU Boost Up until now, GPUs have operated at a fixed clock speed when playing 3D games, even if they have the potential to run faster. GPU Boost intelligently monitors graphics work load and increases the clock speed whenever possible. The result is that the GPU always performs at its peak and you get the highest framerate possible.
  • newegg NVIDIA Adaptive Vertical Sync Nothing is more distracting than framerate stuttering and screen tearing. The first tends to occur when framerates are low, the second when framerates are high. Adaptive V-Sync is a smarter way to render frames. At high framerates, V-sync is enabled to eliminate tearing, at low frame rates, it's disabled to minimize stuttering. It gets rid of distractions so you can get on with gaming.
  • newegg NVIDIA Surround with Up To Four Monitors Nothing is as breathtaking as playing your favorite games across three monitors. At 5760 x 1080, the expanded field of view fully engages human peripheral vision and provides for the most immersive experience in racing and flight simulators. Add in a fourth display to keep tabs on chat, email or web while you are gaming.
  • newegg Two New Anti-aliasing Modes: FXAA and TXAA Anti-aliasing smoothes out jagged edges but can be demanding on framerates. FXAA is a new antialiasing technology that produces beautiful smooth lines with minimal performance impact. And with Kepler based GPUs, you'll be able to enable FXAA in hundreds of game titles through the NVIDIA Control Panel. The second mode, TXAA, is an in-game option that combines MSAA, temporal filtering, and post processing for even higher visual fidelity.
  • newegg NVIDIA 3D Vision Ready NVIDIA 3D Vision brings a fully immersive, stereoscopic 3D experience to the PC. A combination of high-tech wireless glasses and advanced software, 3D Vision transforms hundreds of PC games into full stereoscopic 3D. Get up to 2x monitor and keyboard brightness with NVIDIA 3D LightBoost technology. In addition, you can enjoy 3D movies and 3D digital photographs from 3DVisionLive.com in eye popping, crystal-clear quality.

A new hit of the "sweet spot" for gamers, the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 delivers the ultimate combination of performance, power efficiency, and affordability. This card is built around 960 CUDA Cores with 3072 MB / 192 bit GDDR5 memory to render your blockbuster games with vivid details and skip-free pictures. This SuperClocked model is factory overclocked to 1046MHz Base Clock/1111MHz Boost Clock - a level higher than the 980MHz Base Clock/1033MHz Boost Clock than reference specification for delightful performance boost and higher framerate in actual gaming. GeForce GTX 660 also packs support for all the premium GTX gaming technologies such as NVIDIA Surround, 3D Vision, PhysX and SLI. With these features and more, the EVGA GeForce GTX 660 gives you more than one way to elevate your experience.

Pros: Handles everything. I can run BF4 on ultra, and it looks fantastic. If you're looking for next Gen graphics at a reasonable price point, don't overlook this card. It also is compatible in both Windows and Mac machines.

Cons: None so far.

Pros: This card has been able to run everything I've thrown at it. Currently running Syrim at full graphics with the highest available texture packs.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: You can go bigger, but for the price this is the best deal around.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks as expected!

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Plays most games in high to ultra settings, reference cooler (blows hot air out of the back of the chassis), sleek and sexy EVGA simple look, comes with a free aluminum case badge!

Cons: Isn't a brand new GTX 980 or 970, and sitting at this price point still makes me wonder why these aren't discounted even more?

Other Thoughts: I bought this knowing that it was an entry level high end graphics card. The expectation was after much research and comparison. It has served me well for over 18 months now. Highly recommend EVGA PrecisionX software if you want to tweak things like fan curves and I believe it has some overclocking capability built into the software (never found a reason to overclock this card, it comes from the factory overclocked) but it's nice to adjust the fan curves. Also what really sold me on this card is the reference cooler with the blower style over the heatsink pulling air from the inside and pushing it out the back. I dislike the style of just slapping some fans on it. Overall a good buy I just wonder why these are still selling for that much, probably because it is a decent card!

1 out of 5 eggsWorked, failed, then horrible support

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Card worked great in SLI setup for under 1 year

Cons: Card then failed, and the EVGA support went out of their way to not replace it. They ultimately refused to take the payment which was required for the replacement, blaming the bank when the bank was on the phone with EVGA verifying that it was indeed approved.

Other Thoughts: End of the day, the Gigabyte card I also had in the SLI setup has worked just as well, cost slightly less at the time I bought it, and comes with support that will actually stand behind their product. Save the headache, skip EVGA products.

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Installed hardware easily. It works as advertised so far,

Cons: Took 3 hours and calls to tech support to find a version of the device drivers that would work on my system.

Other Thoughts: The card is very boring visually but it was all that I could afford.

5 out of 5 eggsBrick House of a graphics card

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Low power consumption. Enough memory for 1080p. Solid build as to be expected from EVGA. Comes oc'ed. Stays cool at least mine do. Push everything on High and ultra if you SLI them. Price to performance ration on these is instane. If you are on a budget get this this. Heck if youre not get two of these its all you need at this time. Plus only 9.5 inches fit in almost any case.

Cons: Two can get hot. If you SLI have enough airflow going! but single card no issue with heat.

Other Thoughts: Great intro, budget, consumer conscious card. Be realistic and buy this card lol

4 out of 5 eggsGood investement

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Interesting price/cost ratio, all around solid card. The blower style fan doesn't look that good, but it is fairly efficient for the power of this card. It runs at good temps even in a not so well cooled small case and there is even room for a bit of overclocking, thus pushing even more the surprising horsepower you can squeeze out of this card. It delivers enough juice for many, many games to be played maxed out at 720p at good fps. perfect card for 1080p medium-high quality gaming and ultra on 720p on lower resolutions.

Cons: The fan can get quite loud if you stress the card enough, might bother you depending on your likings. I personally don't really mind because I play with my headset on in an often noisy environement.

Other Thoughts: Perfect entry card for 1080p and lower gaming.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Card

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: This graphics card is one of the best price/performance GPUs you can get, this card alone can play most games today at very high or high settings

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I have had my GTX 660 for a few years now, and I figured the price was good enough to warrant a little upgrade, so I am going to dual SLI these bad boys

5 out of 5 eggsBig Upgrade!

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: After using this for myself I sold it to a friend. Played many games with 60+ FPS at full 1080p such as Diablo 3, Heroes of Newerth, Arma 2, and Assassins Creed. FPS was higher on most of those games. Stays super cool. Drivers from Nvidia are flawless.

Cons: None.Kinda big.

5 out of 5 eggsFINALLY

This review is from: EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR G-SYNC Support GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: After upgrading from a Toshiba Satellite Laptop that I've had for 5 years and buying parts for a computer with this graphics card, I was so blown away by the amount of games I can play and on the highest settings. I am able to play AAA Titles on ultra to high settings at 60 fps, along with indie games and not so graphically intensive games on full ultra settings. The card has never reached temperatures about 80 degrees Celsius, and I just have three Rosewill 120mm fans installed, no fancy liquid cooling or any of that. All in all, for the money, this is the best card to get. I cannot see myself ever wanting anything else until 3-5 years in the future. WOW.

Cons: NA

Other Thoughts: Fun fact: I heard that Steam collected the average user's computer specs and THIS was the most used graphics card. That says something to me.
