5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: Well priced, for the amount of graphics power it provides.
Rated 7.1 on windows score index.

Cons: I had to get 1 stop over and go with gtx 650 for my nvidia shield

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Bought it on a tight budget to replace a dying GT120, card handles most games well though settings have to be turned down quite a bit on some newer games, runs significantly cooler than the previous card

Cons: Doesn't run some games quite as well as I'd like, but that's to be expected with a lower-end card so not too big a deal. The stock fan broke after a few months, making an unbearable noise and shooting temps up, but it was easy enough to replace with an Arctic fan and bring the temps back down to what they should be

1 out of 5 eggsYep, Fan failed

Pros: For the first 7-8 months it worked great. Did some light gaming (Portal 1&2, Civ V) and performance was absolutely fine.

Cons: Fan started making a horrible grinding noise at about 9 months. Starting a few days ago, it started completely failing, just crashing the computer with a black screen. Never had a video card die so fast before. Especially when not being pushed that hard.

Other Thoughts: Based on the experiences of other reviewers here, I'm doubtful a replacement will be any better, so I'm asking EVGA if I can get a credit for a better card, but I'm not holding my breath.

5 out of 5 eggsGT 630 GDDR5

Pros: Really good performance for the price.

Cons: You will need to oil this fan if it starts growling. I only had to do this one time when it was a few months old.

Other Thoughts: I have had this card for almost a year and a half. Still works great.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Cheap price, but feels solid, runs stable.

Cons: Not the highest end card out there, but knew that when I got it.

Other Thoughts: I used this in my first ever budget build, and all I can say is wow, it runs great! Now, I use a 26 inch LCD TV as a monitor, granted, and it only runs at 1360 x 768 resolution, but I'm happy with it. Using the GForce experience, it runs Skyrim on Very high flawlessly, with no stuttering or frame drop, as well as Shogun 2 seamlessly. I paired this with a little G860 CPU, thinking after awhile I would upgrade to a bigger card and a quad core, but honestly can't find a valid reason to do so after over 6 months of use. Recommeneded it to my cousin for his 1st build, and he's nothing but happy with it as well. If you are looking for a very decent , inexpensive card for a budget gaming build, look no further.

My spec are:
G860 3.0Ghz CPU
8 G. G-Skill Sniper RAM
EVGA GT630
ASRock H77M mATX motherboard
Corsair CXM 500 PSU
Corsair 300R Case

1 out of 5 eggsStay away

Pros: Cheap card, good graphics

Cons: Cheap card. As other buyers have stated the fan starts to make noise before the it dies. Mine started approx 9 months of use on a non-gaming build. It finally died and I had to remove the card to get my system to start. Just got the replacement today. Evga at leasts honors their warranty. Stay away, save your money and get a quality card.

Other Thoughts: Shop around and get a better card.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY THIS CARD.

Pros: Cheap.

Cons: Cheap. The fan burned out in only a few months, leading to overheating, causing the display to shut down without warning. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD.

Other Thoughts: Just don't buy it.

3 out of 5 eggsAnother bad fan... But, I have replaced the fan itself.

Pros: This card can provide moderate gaming without breaking your wallet or requiring other upgrades. It provides three of the most common video connections. It sips power. It can be very quiet.

Cons: The stock fan is bad, just plain bad straight from the factory. It lasts maybe a few months at best (no gaming) then it starts making a ridiculous amount of noise. I installed three. The first was for lite gaming and video processing. It completely died before that customer informed me. The other two saw little or no gaming. Luckily, I saved both of them with an after market fan and custom housing.

1 out of 5 eggs"The 630 is not designed for gaming"

Pros: At the time of purchase, this was the cheapest GDDR5 videocard I could find. My father does light gaming (Civ 5 and the like) so this seemed like an appropriate product.

Cons: The first one malfunctioned within several months. The card experienced overheating, the fan could not keep up and it eventually starting crashing my father's system.

We got it replaced by a card that did the same thing after a month. When I contacted EVGA about the issue, explaining that I didn't want another 630 that was going to fail, they told me it was my fault because I was trying to use their graphics card for gaming. They said that the the 630 was not a gaming videocard and recommended that I lower my graphics settings.

Other Thoughts: After the completely rude write-off given to me by a company I've bought half a dozen cards over 8 years from, I honestly feel betrayed. I know I'm personalizing this because it's a company, but I cannot help it.

I still prefer NVIDIA cards, but I would recommend AMD for those on a lower budget. At least they design their graphics cards, even their sub-100 dollar ones, for gaming. As for myself, I will be taking a look at other manufacturers of NVIDIA cards from now on.
