2 out of 5 eggsDidn't last 4 years.

Pros: Worked well when it was working

Cons: Died ~3.5 years.

Other Thoughts: Won't by another EVGA.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat idea, bad experience

Pros: Great graphics

Cons: Crashed constantly

Other Thoughts: I don't know if it was just certain games, but this card crashes on me ALL THE TIME. No warning, and seemed to just do it randomly. It primarily crashed in games like City of Heroes, Champions Online and Star Trek Online, but it would crash during Battlefield 3 and The Sims, as well. No amount of graphical tweaking seemed to matter, either. It had no rhyme or reason to the crashing.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

Crashing in game is not the behavior we expect from this product. Please contact us at 888-881-3842 so we can work on resolving this issue for you.

Thank you,
Brandon B

5 out of 5 eggsWish I had bought 2.

Pros: Put through the ringer, single 1080p monitor, exceeded my expectations as EVGA always does. i5-2500k @ 4.7, 16gb Gskill ripjaws, this card blew Far Cry 3 away, not to mention Minecraft with tons of shaders and massive texture packs, but oh yeah... BF3, around 500 hours of it, single card, all ultra except for AA and other FX.

Cons: None. EVGA has served me extremely well over the years. Thank you for being the reliable dudes you are. Now go teach other companies to fit your standards.

Other Thoughts: I flinch at the thought of buying a card that isn't EVGA. My 8800GTX lasted 7 years but I blame myself for installing an aftermarket cooler and messing with the bios too much. Anyway, this model is discontinued but I really wish I would have gone SLI when I had the chance. I am still debating on doing it for a 3rd system of mine. It won't burn through your late 2013 games THAT easily but it will still get you by. This much intense and flawless, relevant use just can't be beat.

3 out of 5 eggsIts great but...

Pros: Quiet, works with every game i've played.

Cons: Screens black out and GPU fans speed up randomly while playing a game. It results in a crash and i have to restart. No idea why. Drivers are updated so yea...

Manufacturer Response:

Hi,

I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. Please give us a call at 888-881-3842 so we can work to get this resolved for you.

Thank you,

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice

Pros: Amazing card runs all high end games on max settings.

Cons: Runs very hot, to curve this I use MSI Afterburner and scale the fan speed to adjust with current temps.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Price/Power Ratio

Pros: This card does anything I need. Plays Skyrim with high resolution texture packs with all settings maxed with no problem (as well as other games but thats the best example).

Cons: It gets hot. I haven't had it get hot enough to be a problem so maybe I'm just being picky but I can imagine a smaller case with less efficient cooling may run in to trouble.

Other Thoughts: Its a BIG card which may be an issue for some mobos/cases but not for me.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fast Fast Fast, Over all pretty satified.

Cons: A bit large. Sometimes drivers are be glitchy but I think that is all nvidia products. Power Hungry. Better have a large power supply with atleast a 30 amp single rail dedicated to this bad boy.

Other Thoughts: Video cards are often like Carburetors on old muscle cars. You just slap them on and go and they will probably be fine but a gear head will tweek it to get more power and will find faults no one else will becuase they push them harder then the average person.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Amazing card, I ended up buying a second identical one used. Handles BF3 flawlessly and overclocks easily to 900/1800/2000.

Cons: Little bit power-hungry, having some minor throttling/downclocking issues that I'll get through soon enough.
