4 out of 5 eggsLittle Complaints

Pros: -Performance-
-Reliability-
-EVGA's Lifetime Limited Warranty-

Cons: -Price-
-Massive Size-

*My first card operated flawlessly for about three months before I started getting BSODs and bleeding pixels and other various hang-ups.

After pinpointing my card as the issue, I contacted EVGA and they sent me a new card out relatively quickly free of charge. Almost two years after having the new card, it's still running great and hasn't given me any issues.

Other Thoughts: This is a great videocard. I'm glad I opted to shell out a little extra cash at the time for one of the better cards on the market when I was building my rig. The card delivers unparalleled performance and really brings games to life. With EVGA's Lifetime Limited Warranty, you essentially have a high performance, highly reliable card that will last you years.

Even if it falters or breaks down, all you need to have done is register it through EVGA when you first purchased it and contact them for a replacement. It really is that simple. Kudos to EVGA for outstanding customer service and building a quality product in this one.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card.

Pros: Fast, relatively quiet, runs fairly cool without extra cooling (35-40c idle; 60-65c under load).

Cons: A tad large; could be a problem for those with smaller cases. Not necessarily a con, just something people should know to look out for. Will likely not fit in low-profile cases.

Other Thoughts: I've been using this card since March 2011. Just this past week I've had the card fail on me after over two years of -heavy- use. I'm both surprised and not surprised that this happened, given how much (and how heavily) the card has been used. My PC is kind of old (still rocking an i7 950), but this card just blew everything I threw at it out of the water, on high to ultra settings, depending on the game.

4 out of 5 eggsWould edit but can't

Pros: It is now working well again! good performance for money!

Cons: As my previous non-editable review says: it started crashing after a year due to instability. I dealt with custommers support at evga for a month. they were blaming all parts of my computer before admitting their card's instability problems. After doing lots of useless test to see that everything else was running fine, one of their smarter reps gave me a firmware update for the graphic card. Just admit your shortcommings no one will blame you if you fix it via firmware it was so easy! why play with me for a month?

Other Thoughts: If you have issues with the drivers crashing and recovering the firmware update of the card fixes it. It was happening mostly in wow, but in other games too.

4 out of 5 eggsnice card

Pros: overclocks well, and never goes over 75C during benchmarks or games... 320bit is too much for only 1gb.. my fault

Cons: paid $360 new... can now get a 760 for $100 less that is better in every aspect. tech evolves too quickly these days

Other Thoughts: this is the signature series i have so i have the lovely dual fans. runs slightly cooler than the other 570s..... Max, the driver failure and recovery thing is NOT your card... it is WoW/directx11.... its a known issue that started with one of the more recent patches.. the card wont do it with any other game. trust me... some possible fixes are to increase voltage to 1.06+, keep clocked under 700mhz while playing WoW, turn cuda cores off in nvidia control panel(wow doesnt use cuda tech) and theres 2 registry commands you can add under your display that remove your driver timeout sensing... setting the values to 0... do a youtube search on it... thats where i found it... i havent had nearly as many issues since upping my voltage and adding the registry entries. hopefully these things help you too..... blizzard programming is garbage so issues with cards is no surprise when playing WoW. tons of people have the issues

1 out of 5 eggsWas good

Pros: It was working well for more than a year or so and giving pretty good gaming quality.

Cons: It now crashes while I'm playing world of warcraft, haven't played other games long enough as I have time constraints. it takes about 3 hours more or less, gives a black screen and says: your drivers has stopped working and recovered!

Other Thoughts: Probably should'ave went with an AMD GPU. probably would have lasted more than a year for 300$

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsStill running smooth, occasional small HDMI issue

Pros: This card has been excellent. I've been running everything I can off my 1080p TV maxed out. Skyrim? Check. I had a slight hiccup once, just for a moment, but I couldn't replicate it. Darkstalkers II? Check. EVE Online? Check. Runs multiple clients well here, but if I'm flying around, I have to turn down the graphics to medium-ish, but then I can keep a third around in station. Everything I play has worked in full 1080p with maxed settings.

Cons: The only con is that the HDMI connection seems to have issues.

Sometimes, it stops reading my TV occasionally. I use it in a dual monitor setup with an older monitor using a digital cable, and it occasionally drops my TV as my extra monitor and crams everything into the smaller monitor. I have to unplug and replug in the HDMI cable in the back of my computer, and I have to do it without having the resolution and monitor settings window in Windows open.

After doing so, and it may take a couple tries, it reconnects and fixes itself.

Also, occasionally, the HDMI display goes blank for just a second. It's enough to break your concentration, but it's not enough that you miss anything.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good graphics card

Cons: I've had lots of issues getting weird problems early on. Seems that the drivers weren't completely up to par.

Other Thoughts: Customer Support tried very hard to solve my problem, but it didn't actually get solved until they released updated drivers.

2 out of 5 eggsLost and Sad

Pros: Works great when I have no issues

Cons: When playing World of Warcraft and sometimes simple flash games I get a display error that it suddenly stopped working. Updated the drivers etc, didnt help

Other Thoughts: If you know a fix for this, feel free to tell me.

5 out of 5 eggsPower House for a 1.2GB Card

Pros: I was planning on getting a 2GB graphics card and ended up with this unit. I have been very pleased with the basic clock speeds and have not had to modify the settings to much for good game play. I have not had any issued with the blue screen of death like prior cards in the past.

Cons: none that I can think of at this time
