1 out of 5 eggsFreezes

Pros: It works.

Cons: It freezes the entire system.

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if it is due to overheating, but it freezes the entire computer. It might be the Nvidia's fault for bad drivers. Good thing I have a lifetime warranty, which I don't think is any good if they replace it with the same model. Hopefully they send me a newer card, because this one isn't working for me. All I'm playing is old school Counter Strike Source on its recommended settings. It works fine when I'm doing video editing with Vegas or Premiere Pro.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

If possible we would like to run you through some trouble shooting steps to narrow down this issue you are having. Please give us a call at 888-881-3842 so we can get this resolved for you.

Thank you,
Brandon B

4 out of 5 eggsWorked great.... for a year..

Pros: Very fast, good stable OC'er

EVGA's RMA process is astounding, fast, easy.

Cons: Loud, but acceptable

Other Thoughts: Worked wonderfully for a year, then the drivers began to crash more often, and recover. Would artifact previous to drivers crashing.
Finally the drivers crashed and didnt recover, freezing the machine entirely.

Now the video card will not work if any drivers are loaded.

Submitted an RMA VIA EVGA over Email and by phone in under 2 hours ( including email wait times )

Hope my card gets fixed so i can get back to Skyrim and BF3!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: Absolutely amazing. The card handles anything i throw at it at high quality. Add a second one of these and you have to hold on tight. Not counting these things over clock like champs.

Cons: power hungry! 2 of them pull well over 400W

Other Thoughts: I have two of these in sli and they are absolutely amazing.

1 out of 5 eggsGARBAGE

Pros: none at all

Cons: I ordered 2 cards and both of them had problems. I started to play the bf3 beta and i would start to get artifacts and they would crash and now i have to send them back i hate what a inconvenience this is and i miss the bf3 beta all together.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello,

Since the game is in beta, as are the drivers to play the game, unfortunately you will run into stability problems in that game. If the cards crash in other applications as well please give our 24/7 technical support a call so we can assist you in getting the card working properly (888)-881-3842

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet video card.

Pros: Runs quiet, looks good, installed fine, good warranty.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Figured I might as well get a card with some power even though I rarely if ever play games on my PC. This is my second EVGA card and the first is 4 years old and has never given me any issue. Make sure to register within 30 days to get the full warranty from them though.

5 out of 5 eggs1 Year old and still running strong!

Pros: I got this card a year ago for just around... I want to say 250. This card has done everything I could ask it to do for such a bargain GPU. I never hear it, I never feel heat rising from my case. I run everything at ULTRA(true max) settings. The only game I own that cant handle everything turned up is Metro 2033. It just cant do MSAA 4x, but there are more limiting factors that could effect it.

Cons: I haven't got the second one yet.

Other Thoughts: EVGA 122-CK-NF68-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard, COOLER MASTER Stacker 830 Evolution, ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler, 4GB Corsair Dominator DDR2 @ 1066, 2x 300GB Seagate 7200 rpm HDD, e8500 core 2 duo @ 3.14. I'm going to be building a new computer and migrating my 460 to it. So yeah, cant wait!

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice

Pros: The card maxes out most of my games. It can't handle max AA on some newer titles, but that's expected.
Runs Crysis at near max settings (No AA).
Doesn't run incredibly hot. Reaches maybe mid-70's celsius load, which is perfectly acceptable.
Blows air out the back, not into the case.
Low Price. After rebate and sale I picked this up for $119
10 year warrenty

Cons: Quiet electrical squeel, which is apparently normal. I only notice it during stress tests or folding.

Other Thoughts: I may either step-up to a 5 series or SLI. I think these would kill in sli.
