5 out of 5 eggsNice Card

Pros: Good mid gamer card ,cheap with rebate.

Cons: None for what I'm using it for

Other Thoughts: Bought with a rebate-other companies should take a lesson from EVGA 's rebate service, their fast!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice

Pros: Very nice card, cant ask for much better performance.

Cons: The card couldn't handle both an LCD and a CRT monitor set-up. Maybe that is too much to ask :)

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome card!

Pros: This thing runs perfectly quiet and has yet to show any difficulty with anything I've thrown at it. Movies, games, online games, FPS, MMOs, it runs everything. I play Crysis on full High settings (at 1920x1200 res.) and this thing never gives me any problems. I can force it to run on Very High, but then it does lag just a little, but even then it still runs it. The only times this card has ever began lagging is if I sit down to play Crysis straight through start to finish. After about 4 hours in, lots of explosions going off at once will eventually catch up to it from it heating up, but it still doesn't give up on me. Awesome card for the price!

Cons: I have no problems with this card at all. Installed it when I built this computer and it hasn't given me any trouble at all. Just don't forget to plug in the power cord from the power supply (this card blocks my RAM clips on my mobo so when I had to RMA my RAM, I had to remove the card to get to it. Forgot to plug it back in once I got my new memory and everything ran laggy until I fixed the problem.)

Other Thoughts: Running on an Intel DP35DP mobo, duo core E8400 3.00GHz, 4GB 800 Kingston memory, EVGA 9600 GT, 2x 750GB hard drives, and Rosewill 600W PSU with a 24" monitor and 19" wide monitor. This entire computer runs perfectly on Vista Ultimate 32-bit.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card!!!

Pros: Card has been in my system for just about 1 year and has performed AWESOME!!! I've upgraded from a single core to a dual core and now to a quad core and the card has never so much as hicupped. Great for gaming if your on a budget.

Cons: This thing is LONG! So make sure your case has plenty of room. But I even had it in a shuttle case for a little while without issue. Also, needs a 6 point PCI-E power plug from your PSU. Not really cons as so much stuff to be aware of before buying it.

Other Thoughts: Wish I had bought it at this price rather then nearly double a year ago. Oh well.

3 out of 5 eggsGood but Noisy Card

Pros: Runs most manner of graphic intensive applications with ease. No faults here for the price point. Installs easily, no driver issues (running Vista).

Cons: High pitch squeal - seems fan related. Very annoying. Since I use this PC for work this isn't acceptable.

Other Thoughts: For a budget gaming PC, this card would do fine. If you have to sit and think in front of your computer, this card probably will drive you crazy. The squeal is ever present very intrusive.

4 out of 5 eggsGood card

Pros: Great card, i use it with my quad core (intel) to play GTA4 and it runs great, despite everyone saying its a monster on gaming rigs.

I am currently in the process of buying a second one to link with the first, for maximum performance.

Cons: GTA4 still is a bit laggy at times, even with my very good setup, but i think that is more of an issue for the developers at rockstar and not this card, i can run TF2 max resolution and max settings just fine.

Other Thoughts: Overall awesome!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card , Great price

Pros: Works perfect for the price! Smooth performance, I can run CSS and HL2 at max resolution. Fits in a pci-e x16 2.0 or 1.0 slot. If you on a tight budget and want a decent card then this is the one. I love it!

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Evga's rebate came in just 3 weeks. Fast shipping, got this card in two days... Newegg Rocks!

5 out of 5 eggsFirst Class Card and Company

Pros: This card performs indistinguishably from a 9800GT. I bought this for my son's computer and tried it out on my machine first and I could not tell any difference on a 1650x1080 monitor playing Crysis using an Athlon X2 6000 CPU. 3DMark 2005 scores were actually a little higher with the 9600GT than the 9800GT at default settings. I got a super price with a combo discount plus thirty dollar rebate bringing the total price under sixty bucks.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: EVGA is fantastic for honoring their rebates. The rebate check came as promised less than 4 weeks after I submitted the coupon.

5 out of 5 eggsI Love This Card

Pros: Great Price
Works Great With New-Gen Games

Cons: Large Size Card (Covers 2 Of My SATA Ports So I'm Going To Need Right Angle Ribbons)
Heats Up Pretty Fast

Other Thoughts: As Long As You Have EVGA Precision To Tweak The Settings This Card Is A Great Purchase...I Highly Recommend It

5 out of 5 eggsWoW!

Pros: -Very powerful card (For the money!) It outperformed my expectations to the fullest. I paid $100 and it plays call of duty 4 on High at 1280 x 720 without a glitch. Its no 8800 by far but still does what I want it to do til I can afford an 8800!

Cons: -Very Large so make sure your case has sufficient room! -Slightly noisy but not to bad.

Other Thoughts: If you dont want to pay a wad of cash for a "High-End" video card definitely put a little cash on this one it will COMPLETELY suit you till you save a few hundred more!
