4 out of 5 eggsGood, but not great.

Pros: Runs DirectX 11, so it's got the (currently) most up to date drivers. Has SLI, and it only takes a six-pin. This also works on computers sporting as low as a 500W power supply. Worked well, even for HD, without any requirement for updated drivers.

Cons: Not particularly friendly for installation. The NVidia Experience refused to install the updated driver until the "automated update." If you're willing to wait until the next time your NVidia Experience automatically scheduled update runs, then you should be fine. Also, the CD-Rom provided hangs constantly.

4 out of 5 eggsGood budget card

Pros: Very quiet (inaudible inside mITX case) up to 50% fan speed. 60% fan speed is still acceptably low noise, but that high of a fan speed should never be needed. My particular card hits a max stable overclock of 1202mhz on the core. At 50% fan speed, card maxes out at 67 degrees in Unigine Valley benchmark and runs in the low 60's during typical games.

Cons: This is a gimped gtx 650 ti boost. The memory on this model is only running at 5.0ghz out of the box, whereas reference gtx 650 ti boost vram runs at 6.0ghz. I was able to overclock the memory to 6.2ghz, but your overclocking experience may vary.

Other Thoughts: A good budget card if the price is right. Overclocks decently, low power, and very low noise.

1 out of 5 eggsDrivers Crash Win 8.1

Pros: Good Price, good reviews

Cons: Unusable drives

Other Thoughts: Win 8.1 will not stay up for more than 30 seconds with this card the drivers active. Runs in safe mode only.

Tried 5 different drivers:
The ones shipped with the card
Current Gamer Ready Certified from Nvidia
Current "regular" certified from Nvidia
Current beta from Nvidia
The ones that Windows Update installed

In every case my system crashes to POST after 20 to 30 seconds with no errors showing in the logs.

System runs fine with Nvidia GT610 (certified drivers from Nvidia) and a Radion 6770 card.

Asus P6T (x58) motherboard
RevoDrive x2 240 PCIe SSD. (this may be the incompatibility source but it is my boot drive so without doing a complete re-install of Win8.1 there is no way to know)

4 out of 5 eggsGood card, but

Pros: Good budget card for gaming. I really only play two games, Skyrim and MWO, but it can run them both with the graphics set to high at 50+ fps.

Cons: I'm not sure if its just a conflict with Windows 8, but I noticed a few others in the comments have had this issue too. The card crashes frequently. At least once a day. I'm not sure if this is a software issue or a hardware conflict, but others have claimed it's a driver issue. It doesn't cause a total system failure, but simply blacks out the screen for a few seconds. I've never had this happen in-game, rather only when I'm on the desktop or when I'm running the Netflix app.

Other Thoughts: The crashing is a nuisance, but something I can live with. I only hope there are updated drivers that fix this issue. All in all, it really is a nice card, especially compared to my previous GT 430 card.

4 out of 5 eggsShould'd go for the 2G version

Pros: Good mid-high end card for the price. Quiet. Able to run games on the PS2 emulator at 1080p at full speed, as well as psp and nds emulators.

Cons: Limited CUDA video transcoding speed, even though the whole process is going to be bottleneck by the cpu anyway, still I'm expecting for a better result. So far as in the video transcoding field, Intel's Quick Sync technology is leagues ahead in term of speed.

For playing games like Starcraft 2 at 1080, the frame rate average around 30, as to 60fps max. And on some arcade games where there're a lot of enemies spawning, the frame rate drops to single digit.

Other Thoughts: If you're buying this card mainly for video encoding like me, go for something a lot cheaper like the GT 610 at $40, as both of them are using the same VP5 technology, giving them about the same speed.

And if you're going to use a lot of application that utilize the graphic card, get the 2G version, as the 1G version is clearly not enough.

5 out of 5 eggsRuns every game I own on High+

Pros: runs every game I own on High or better. Been playing Bioshock infinite on high, Skyrim on ultra, etc. Never gets ridiculously hot, maxes out at 50 degrees Celsius and idles at 30 or less. It's fantastic! Went from an AMD radeon 7770 to this, im sticking with Geforce from now on.

Cons: Fan Gets a little loud when it gets going but this doesn't hinder me at all. Just an FYI if you want a card that's not too loud.

Other Thoughts: Intel Core i5-4570
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming LGA 1150 motherboard
16 gigs of GSkill Ripjaw X series
GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST 1GB
CORSAIR Hydro series H50
Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W

3 out of 5 eggsNIce Card / Terrible Driver Installer

Pros: Board is 5 stars no complaints, upgraded from a FX-570 so it seems like a rocket ship.

Cons: Nvidia's driver installer is 0.0001 stars. Took 4 hours to install the drivers, because I got the 'Access is denied' error.

If the installer does not work here's what worked for me.
1) Remove ALL existing Nvida files/folders/drivers from the drive and registry.

2) Search for "PsExec.exe" or the topic "275.33 NVIDIA Installer failed" on nvidia's GeForce forum. This is how I got past the access denied error.
