5 out of 5 eggsBUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pros: The after market cooling fan

Cons: That people complain about the after market cooler??? HELLO??? This is a bonus. The stock cooler sucks and always over heats. The after market one that everyone is complaining about is a free upgrade. Stays waaaay cool. If yours over heats then google how to keep your pc case cool.

Other Thoughts: stop complaining about the free aftermarket gpu cooler upgrade. Its a plus!!!!!!!!!

5 out of 5 eggsHappy with mine

Pros: OEM and updated ATI drivers work well. Unit runs cool under all conditions and stresses I've subjected it to. I will most likely add a third 4850 to my rig before thinking about 4870. 3DMark06 scores are 4000 marks higher with Crossfire enabled.

Cons: The unit shipped is not single height as the picture indicates. This item requires two bays. This unit has a large, slotted, tall, round copper heat sink with a fan in the middle. It appears to be effective and the fan operates silently and efficiently. Images of another variant have heat pipes - this is not that unit either. Newegg needs to fix this picture issue.

Other Thoughts: Added two of these to my AMD Phenom II 940 - Asus M3A79-T Deluxe rig and Crossfire kicked in without a hitch. I downloaded the new version 9.1 drivers and Catalyst Control Center from ATI and no issues installing and running them either.

1 out of 5 eggsSent me a Double-Slot TWICE now

Pros: None, i can't use either of these.

Cons: Twice now i've had to RMA because a double-slot card was sent. Representative is going to make a special note this time. Will the third time be the charm?

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't expect this from newegg, all other dealings have been stellar. And RMA response time is awesome.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Video Card

Pros: Excellent video card for the money! With this being the OC edition I was expecting a somewhat noisy fan but it is very quiet!

The board stays fairly cool as well. MSI really nailed the heatsink and fan on this card!

Cons: Mail in Rebate! I wish Newegg would get rid of mail in rebates and just work upfront with its vendors to get a better price/inventory management system to make rebates unnecessary.

4 out of 5 eggsSweet gamer on a budget.

Pros: Beats the hell out of my old X1900XTX. All the games I thought were pretty before, they are unbelieveable now.

Cons: Isn't what is pictured. Came with a large round flat heatsink kinda like the Zalmen Low profile CPU fans. I think it sometimes overheats, but havn't been able to really test. Now I have to buy a big LCD, my 19in CRT just isn't good enough.

Other Thoughts: Runs GTA IV, and all the other new games.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fantastic card. Runs most games at max settings with high resolution at 60FPS. Control panel makes it very easy to change settings, including overclocking.

Cons: Prone to overheating, and immediately shutting down. Hasn't happened since I got my new case, however, so was probably caused by bad airflow.

5 out of 5 eggsSeems fast

Pros: Can run multiple WoWs (tried 4 at once) with max settings on a 22" with average 55-60 fps.

Cons: very long, and can get overheated, but i think that can be fixed with a better cooling fan. my friend's reaction was "h*ly s*** !, never seen anything so big!"

Other Thoughts: this is my first graphics card that i've purchased. i got the one year warranty just in case. the rebate wasn't too much of a hassle to send in, just hoping now that I get my $$. was easy to install and everything seems to be working great

4 out of 5 eggsNot card pictured

Pros: Card is working as expected, it's a very strong card.

Cons: Takes up 2 slots.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this thinking it would be 1 slot, it is not the same as pictured. The one I received is 2 slots, but it does have a much better heat sink than what's pictured also, all copper and thick, and much quieter than my previous card (7800GT). Luckily I was able to fit this in my box, it was a tight fit.
