Other Thoughts: Looking at some of the other posts I'm astonished to find it's not just me with the issue on the pins, I don't know what to say.

Rating: 3/5Rotten Egg
Pros: Three eggs for the manufacture
Cons: I got this board installed the processer and it would shut down on reboot.I contacted newegg for an RMA,the first thing I checked for before I sent it back was to see if I had accidently bent a pin and no not a one.Newegg got the board and told me it had bent pins,I have been building computers since the days Pentium II's were hot and have no problem confessing up if I make a mistake, but I think this one was Neweggs mistake. And if They cant serve their customers better than that they are no better than the Tiger

Rating: 1/5Sucks Newegg.com
Pros: none
Cons: DOA initially.
Like another Customer, Justin, Exactly, newegg.com insisted "damage to CPU socket contact pins that are bent beyond repair which was possibly caused due to improper installation and or customer neglect." Nothing more than Justin's case to me.
But, I could not see any damage from the moderboard before they resent an email with the statement above.
I believe and sware "The testers for M/B return was doing really bad testing or they intentionally break motherboard pins or make it bent, and report to IT WAS DAMAGED WHEN OPEN IT FROM RMA REQUEST."
Be faithful, newegg.com!!

Pros: None
Cons: It was dead on arrival. This is a rough first on doing a computer build for the time. First my PSU was bad and had to replace it. Got it replaced only to discover the motherboard was also bad. I wasn't getting anything from my monitor, keyboard, mouse, or speakers. -sigh- I understand, thou, that there are time when you get defective items. Anyways, I've already returned and order a new one. Hope this new one works. That way I can give a better rating.

Rating: 1/5Worked for a week, sent in for RMA and Newegg damaged the board.
Pros: Worked for a week.
Cons: Died after a week. After sending it back to Newegg for RMA, they claim "damage to CPU socket contact pins that are bent beyond repair which was possibly caused due to improper installation and or customer neglect." I don't see how this is possible seeing how it worked for a week. I'm 100% careful with all my PC components and I would know if I damaged pins. If I can't get my money back from Newegg this will be the last time I ever order anything from you all again. I order ALL my PC parts through you all and this is how you treat your customers?
