Rating: 4/5ASRock Professional-M
Pros: Looks very nice (love the colors), ports are in good spots for my microATX system (only the most bottom pcie is slightly inaccesible).
Once my system was finally fully set up everything runs smoothly.
=== Setup === CPU: Intel i7 3770-k GFX: XFX Radeon HD 6870 (soon to be Nvidia GTX 770 :) ) PSU: Corsair cx600m HDD: WD Black 1TB MB: ASRock Professional-M Case: Rosewill Line-M RAM: 2 x 4GB G.Skill Ripjaws Cooling: Corsair H60
Cons: Overcloking my CPU through BIOS caused lots of crashing to happen. Leaving the CPU not overclocked fixes this problem.
Other Thoughts: Fits well in my microATX case

Rating: 5/5Perfect
Pros: I loved my old ASROCK/i5-760 setup but needed more than the max 8GB of RAM that board could take for some VM's I need to run. I still wanted a feature-rich small quiet system; which is EXACTLY what I got with this board. Install and setup was a breeze. Board has everything I could want. Layout is excellent, plenty of USB 3.0 and SataIII ports. More than enough fan headers, excellent audio and RAIS to boot. SO if you are looking for the PERFECT Z77 mATX board this is it.
Cons: None

Rating: 5/5Awesome mATX
Pros: 1) Nice design - Solid heatsinks - Quaility board - Color scheme 2) Bios - Easy Nav and usage 3) 555 features appear to work just fine 4) Win7 64 install was painless in RAID mode 5) Did not come across any hickups or kinks 6) 8 SATA ports + 1 eSata 7) OC 2600K to 49x on air (very easy compared to old Gigabyte x68) 8) Broadcom LAN is better than Realtek however it is not quite Intel. Still a very solid LAN. 9) Flashing the Bios in the Bios painless
Cons: 1) I wish the board a had few more PWM fan headers 2) The design of the extra power of Xfire/SLI placement (molex) was a bit clunky. Hard to make a pristine looking build with a cable across the board 3) The drivers are not exactly the newest on ASrock site. 4) I could be wrong - doesnt have dual bios (bummer)
Other Thoughts: All n All the Cons are just minor issue - nothing really with the board. The 555 tech worked fine- I have the same USB turbo on my external HD swapper. I was a bit concerned with the negative reviews however I went for it. Currently I am not disappointed. This is my first Asrock board all seems pretty good. Sidenote: I would highly recommend getting this board. Buy a SilverStone Sugo Series SG09B case - you can mount a massive heatsink in tiny case and with a massive SILVERSTONE Air Penetrator AP182 (170cfm of 180mm fan power). You can massive OC the board in tiny case. Trust me it rocks

Rating: 1/5ASROCK MATX PRO >>> 3RD BOARD
Pros: looks good , that's about it
Cons: this was the third board I got, it only lasted 6 months...I do not recommend this, stay away from the brand :( after 6 months and spending over 3000 + dollars , Newegg says I have to go back to Asrock... to get this repaired or replaced . extremely disappointed. I'm sticking with Intel from this point forward never go pack to another brand.

Pros: I got new one that was rmaed. It works great. i5-3570k @4.4 with noctua nh-d14 cooler.
ram overed @2000 9-9-9-24 I think can over more.
Cons: You should be lucky. If you got defective one.
If you have huge cooler like mine, you can't use first pci-e.
If you don't care about sli or cf, it's fine. The other 3 slot works at x16 single.
