Pros: Sleek looking, gunmetal grey and black. Good solid connectors, the caps are definitely solid. First time with UEFI bios and I love it! Came with more accessories than I'd ever use but it is a great touch nonetheless. Couldn't be happier, I'd highly recommend for a budget-mid-range build.

Cons: None that I've seen yet

Other Thoughts: Wanted to balance budget and performance for my first build in about 9 years, this definitely fit the bill and does everything I wanted it to. Fit nicely in my DeepCool Tesseract case and the standoffs were pre-installed.

Pros: Looks good on paper.

Cons: Motherboard gave Graphics card error beep code, with a Radeon 6970 video card. Even though i just pulled the card from a working system. So i put in an older card, the computer booted, I installed windows, but would experience random freezes and random crashes. Troubleshoot with different RAM, hard drives, still has same problems. Decided that the motherboard was bad, put may Radeon 6970 back into old computer and turned out fine. In the Process of RMA'ing motherboard.

Other Thoughts: Rev 4 of motherboard, seems to be a bad batch starting for Jan. if you look at other reviews.

Pros: Priced well compared to similar models

Cons: Short life
Unreliable
Awful customer service

Other Thoughts: After four months of use in a brand new computer, my motherboard suddenly died. I submitted the board to Gigabyte, since it was obviously under warranty. They "fixed" it and returned it to me. I installed it. Nothing turned on. Worse, I smelled something burning. I removed the board and found charring on my AMD CPU.

I took the computer to a repair shop where they verified that the problem stemmed from the motherboard, and that the motherboard had charred my CPU and shorted out my power supply. So I sent the motherboard and the CPU out for warranty repairs.

AMD sent back a brand new CPU that I had in my hands within a week of sending it out.

Gigabyte took two weeks to tell me they'd finally received the motherboard. Then, they took another week to send me the SAME board back AGAIN, another repair.

The repair shop installed the motherboard and CPU. I installed a new Corsair power supply and turned the computer on.

Same burning smell. Computer went through the same steps it had before. Fans turn on. Monitors stay dark. Nothing boots. I took it BACK to the repair shop where they verified, AGAIN, that the motherboard was the problem.

I have spent far more money on this one board than I ever intended. I have very limited/meager funds. Because of that, I have to save up every time I ship out the board or every time I go to a repair shop. I can't afford to ship it out AGAIN but I sure can't afford a brand new board. Because of THAT, as of this posting, I've been without my desktop for eight months.

Best of all, two of the three times I've called them DURING WORK HOURS, I've been sent straight to voicemail. Of course, I never received a return call and it's impossible to get any answers through e-mail.

Stay away from Gigabyte. Their customer service is unbelievably awful. Their "warranty", though lenient and generous, doesn't mean you'll get a new product back. You'll get a questionable repair job on the defective product again and again. And every time you send it in for "repairs", YOU have to shell out the shipping costs.

Just go with ASUS. Stay away from Gigabyte. All they have are shoddy repairs.

Pros: Nice looking motherboard with lots of options

Cons: Motherboard came warped again I think it happens all the time. Was not compatible with my favorite HD PC monitor and I had to buy a new one.

Other Thoughts: might just be my bad luck.

Pros: The board is awesome. Really i think for the price your best choice if you want to build an awesome rig. Perfect for SLI ,and Crossfire. The board also looks amazing nice heat transfer layout.

Pros: Supports my FX-9590 and R9-290x without any problems, running at 5.0ghz for hours non-stop and RAM is being read/processed without any failures. Great design/SATA are out of the way of my GPU. Gigabyte has always been the go-to brand for me.

Pros: 1500 + ve reviews

Cons: May be mine was a dud, No display. Tried with two different video cards.

Other Thoughts: It was a hassle to de assemble are reassemble.
Company like gigabyte must QC every one of their products to retain customers.
