5 out of 5 eggsRead before you buy these

Pros: Work perfectly

Cons: Make sure you pull the little clear plastic nubs off the ends of the cable. They look like they're part of the cable but they are little clear vinyl coverings. Those who think they don't fit probably didn't remove the covers. They have worked perfectly on every optical connection I have tried (7 different devices).

5 out of 5 eggsawesome 200mm

Pros: Dead silent. Moves a ton of air. Blue LEDs bright and look great.

Cons: Thicker than stock 600T fans. Had to move hdd cage in 600T to near the psu to fit fan into front position. Won't fit in upper position in case, had to use 2x120mm which are louder instead. Wish I could fit one up top.

Other Thoughts: Really happy with the purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsInstallation advice for fiber optic cables.

Pros: Advice

Cons: Advice

Other Thoughts: Fiber cables do not go bad, they get broken. It takes very little damage to break the glass inside the cable. Even the weight of the cable itself pulling against the connector will break the glass inside after a while, which I suspect is what is happening to most people that have posted here.
To prevent damage to the cables, ensure that the spot where the fiber cable goes into the connector is not bent at all. The way to do this is to make a 6” loop at the end of each cable, as you bring the connector back around the loop you should be able to run it straight into the connection port. Then secure the loop to a solid surface that will not move.
You should secure the fiber cables with ty-wraps or waxed string. Whatever you use to secure the cable, make sure that it does not touch the cables. Use something like waxed construction paper rolled several times around the cable, to protect the fiber cable from what you are using to secure it. The idea is not to dent the fiber cable a
