5 out of 5 eggsBIG

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: As mentioned multiple other times in the reviews: its BIG! I bought this case roughly about a year ago and have had no issues with it at all. It keeps everything cool, however I bought the case to kind of "build-into" so my components at the moment don't generate excessive amounts of heat. Make sure that you measure where you are planning on putting this case as I didn't and got very lucky in that it fits with maybe an inch to spare. Other pros? LOTs of airflow with all the fans! Lots of room for HDDs and SSDs with fans to cool them as well!

Cons: Hmmm, maybe that its so big? Its also pretty heavy so I wouldn't recommend this case as strongly if you would be taking it to LANs frequently or need to transport it often. The plastic on the top feels a bit flimsy as well but I think that is just compared to the rest of the case which is extremely sturdy.

Other Thoughts: Great case if you want something to keep those big GPUs cool and would like room for HDDs/SSDs. I only would not recommend if you would be moving it often.

5 out of 5 eggsCase works and fits ALL THE THINGS!

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: The case is huge. Have no fear of fitting monster sized SLI Cards, or going with a humor build of micro sized in a colossus case. It will fit. You could fit probably your rig, and an emergency zombie fighting kit all inside. With the backside thumbscrews, everything is accessible anyway. So have at it.

Did not come with a godly powered Mjolnir Hammer. Slightly bummed, but I suppose if there is only one Mjolnir they can't hand it out like candy.

Currently holding about 6 various drives of different sizes in there. All of them stay cool and run great. The cable management is easy within the case itself. Even with having a non-modular power supply I was able to get cords out of the way and keep airflow going.

Airflow is fantastic in here. I haven't even bothered to add any extra fans, this thing just stay cool no matter what. I have never had a single heat issue despite SLI cards, max game settings, and video rendering.

Cons: The size can be daunting, so a solid handhold area would be good. The one on the top at the back is not sturdy and it feels like I will just pop the top grill off.

Other Thoughts: I would totally recommend this to people. Ideally for people that want a desktop that stays in one place. I do take this to LAN events, despite the size. All the HDDs in there add to the weight, but it's no worry. Work out more, fellow gamers. It's healthy and helps with twitch aiming.

4 out of 5 eggsEverything but the Power Button

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: The case is nice and big. It is easy to access all of the components, I didn't have to kink any SATA cables to install the drives which has been an issue on about 30% of the cases I've worked with. There is sufficient room behind the MB for cable routing which is rare.

Cons: The power button gets cockeyed and sticks. I have to lightly depress it so it doesn't get a chance to get cockeyed. Thankfully this was my own personal case and not one for a customer.

5 out of 5 eggsRosewill THOR v2

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: This computer case is very big and has enough space to house all your computer parts and has the potential to be a beast.

Cons: The fans need to be cleaned, especially the fan on the bottom of the case.

Other Thoughts: Overall, the case is pleasing to look at and has a nice dashboard panel on the front.

5 out of 5 eggsIts beastly, burly case!.

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: Case is huge!! Many drive slots. Made of thick durable quality metal. No cheap plastic. VERY Easy to hide the wires. Easy to wire up. Lots of space to work in. Its on rubber peg feet so the PSU can breathe. There's filters! Lots of air flow! 3 x230mm Pre-installed fans.1 LED Fan. $90.50 after rebate which makes it all worth it.

Cons: Whenever I look at the tower from where my computer sits all I can see is this big black door with a bunch of holes with even bigger holes with rubber in some of them. This just is not a "epic looking" case (to me as my own opinion). I think its the big holes with the rubber in them which makes this case so dang ugly. The LED fan is pretty dim and with the way the front of the case is made you cant see the LED at all. USB ports were very tight, so tight I had to jam my USB sticks in with force. The MB screws look like the other FDD screws and You need to be aware that the smaller ones are the FDD screws not the MB screws as it is shown on the box. If you attempt to use the FDD screws they will go in the MB posts but will never tighten.

Other Thoughts: I think its a good buy. I would buy another one from Rosewill. Rosewill makes great things. I even have a rosewill gaming mouse (rpg1000) but part of me has buyers remorse as it looks ugly from where it its on my desk but at the same time, this case is well put together! Heavy metal! No cheap plastic!

I bought 2 more LED fans to make it look "cool". We shall see.

This the second case I bought from Rosewill. Both cases are made very sturdy! After some time goes by Im sure the case will grow on me like my green/black phantom NXZT case did :) (I thought it was ugly at the time too lol)

3 out of 5 eggshad high hopes

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: big fans keep this thing so cold and built in dust filter works great. lots of room and great ventilation. bought this for first build.

Cons: well for starters high end gpu cards dont match up with the back slots which ruined it for me. only one slot of my power connector for what waa supposed to be 2 sli bridged cards works so i can only run one card. top fan controls dont work and as ither reviews show the usb 3.0 slot in the front is a dud unless you set it up from the back of your mobo. had high hopes looked amazing on paper.

3 out of 5 eggsIt's big, but...

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: The case is huge with room for lots of hard drives and fans.

Cons: I didn't even get to use it because I have an E-ATX board that didn't fit. The holes were there, but it looks like it was bad production because the drive caddy was too far back and sat over the standoff holes for the E-ATX board. Rosewill support was great in getting me a RMA and another one...that had the same problem. RMA refund for that one.

Other Thoughts: I was so excited to get this and equally disappointed at the production quality.
Not recommended for E-ATX boards.

5 out of 5 eggsNice big computer case.

This review is from: Rosewill THOR V2 Gaming ATX Full Tower Computer Case, support up to E-ATX / XL-ATX, come with Four Fans - 1 x Front Red LED 230mm Fan, 1 x Top 230mm Fan, 1 x Side 230mm Fan, 1 x Rear 140mm Fan-Retail

Pros: This is a great computer case.
It is roomy, and very easy to install stuff in to. Hard drives swap out easily, removing panels is done with easy to turn thumb screws - there's a little pocket/container thing on top which is conveniant for placing those screws, and for holding random USB drives and other stuff.

Cable routing is fairly easy, and it allows you to place them through the back, leading to an uncluttered interior. (I was unable to route my CPU power cable through the back due to it being too short, but was able to just put it through the middle of the case easily. It's the only cable easily seen.)

Very easy to install cards, drives, front facing peripherals, etc.

Cons: The red light on the front panel will occasionally flicker a bit brighter (go from red, and brighter red for a second or two), but it's only noticeable when looking straight at it.
One of the USB 3.0 plugs on the front of my case isn't working. It *might* be something I broke (I only tried to use it a week ago and have owned the case since 2011), but that's just a minor inconveniance.

Also, after 2-3 years, the front audio panel stopped working, but again I believe I broke something inside it, or just don't know how to plug it in correctly.

Other Thoughts: Overall, a great, easy to use, computer case.

It is truly huge. I have a GPU with custom heat sink that many people complained was too big for their case - fits in mine very easily.
It is also a large form factor - it takes up a considerable amount of floor space.

Pros: Everything about this case rocks.

Cons: This exact same case is sold on another website for $10 less, plus free shipping, meaning you'd be saving $30.
