5 out of 5 eggsGreat case

Pros: Great durability, good room for mid-tower, cable management is a 8 out of ten.

Cons: Usb on front died but I think ups had something to do with that

Other Thoughts: For a first time builder this case is excellent.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Slick

Pros: Case is VERY roomy inside. Very little tools needed as I only used a Philips Screwdriver to tighten some screws with the fans. Multiple fan mounts on the case! You can have a maximum of 11 FANS (2 on the top, 1 on the rear, 2 on the side, 2 on the bottom, 4 in the front) in the case!

Case is all metal and solidly built. It has a subtle yet striking appearance. The dust filters are easy to take out and clean. Cable management is much easier to deal with because of the side panels that you move cables through. I personally enjoy this case. It was either this or the NZXT Phantom 630.

Cons: Nothing to report.

Other Thoughts: I just finished my build yesterday and it looks amazing! I'm happy that I got this case and I wouldn't look back. Get it and you won't regret it!

5 out of 5 eggsC70 Review

Pros: The case is very nice to work with. Sturdy and well laid out. I moved up from a cheap steel box to this and the difference is night and day. All holes in the case have rubber punch-through covers, all drive bays have easy to remove cases, there are ample fan mounting points, it comes with tons of extra hardware to replace lost screws, and it has plenty of room for a standard size motherboard as well as a long GPU. It looks very nice and has the fun power/reset switches without becoming the gaudy monstrosities many high-end cases are.

Cons: The case is a little heavier and wider than I would like. I appreciate it for its sturdiness but it feels bigger than a mid tower to move around. Also, the handles are a nice addition but I can't help but think one large handle would be much nicer than two small handles so far apart; as is it's still quite awkward to carry in one hand and quickly becomes nearly as involved as manipulating a case without handles at all. The power and reset buttons look nice, but are a little mushy to push, it'd be nice if they had a more solid click to match their industrial/military aesthetic. Lastly, a nice quality of life change would be a couple Y-adapter fan power cables. I have a fairly standard layout mobo (1 front fan power, 1 back, and cpu fan) and as this case comes with three installed I had to temporarily rip a power supply wired fan out of my old case and move it while I wait for an adapter. Not a big deal but again, for the price of the case, throwing a cheap cable in their to make life a little bit easier would be nice.

Other Thoughts: All together I am very happy with the case, but for the price I would expect to be. There are a few things which could be improved but it definitely meets my lofty expectations for a higher range PC case.

5 out of 5 eggsAnother Amazing Corsair Case

Pros: -Size; Not too big or small it is called a Mid Tower, but in this day and age that is on par with what a Large was a decade ago.

-Layout; Very roomy, and and is designed to assist in cable management and clean builds

-Vents, Very open, Top/Bottom/FR/RR all have venting, entire bottom and top are open(metal mesh) so great for cooling but can increase dust or debris intrusion. They do have the filters along the entire bottom and front(see con on front filter issue)

-Very lightweight; for being completely steel(no plastic anywhere) it is one of the lightest steel cases I have owned.

-Aesthetic Quality; Paint was even across entire case in and out, did not see or find any cosmetic issues.

-Packaging; Received all needed parts, accessory bag(s) have almost all the screws you need for installs. Box it comes in is pretty standard, shipped to me VIA fedex in its manufacturing box, which has large Styrofoam on top and bottom to protect it.

Cons: -Cons; As I have a Corsair Obsidian 650D(Amazing case) I found the procedure for cleaning the FR filter on the C70 not as nice. On the 650D the front cover/filter is a push/pop and allows for quick and easy cleaning of the front filter. On the C70 you must remove the entire front case cover, which requires removing both side doors then carefully popping it out. Looking at the cover I can see how this could be the cases one long term durability failure as the metal tabs that hold the cover to the case are a little weak and could fail after many uses. However I can not deduct a egg for this as you should not be removing it more then once a month for a good cleaning and care and patience should be used when doing this anyhow.

Other Thoughts: Overall its just a awesome case, I doubt there is a negative professional review out there on it. I looked into this case for a while before purchasing as it is going to be replacing a old ThermalTake Full Armor case and will be used next to my Corsair 650D so I needed a metal sturdy case that allowed for great airflow, cable management and aesthetically pleasing while maintaining a good value/bang for buck. I feel I get all of that in this case:

tldr;
-Great AirFlow
-Great Quality Control / Build Quality

Another fast and quickly shipped item from NewEgg at a good cost.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect case.

Pros: Sturdy, big, and very slick-looking.

Cons: The top is a little too open.

Other Thoughts: This case is wonderful. I was a little worried at first the clamps holding the side panels on wouldn't hold up, but so far they've done their job admirably. Nothing about this case is cheap. It's all sturdy metal construction. Nice and big, and the design is beautiful.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quality. Rigid, attention to detail, easy cable management, USB3.0. It looks awesome. Outstanding cooling options. Mine is housing 2 extra case fans on the side window and H105 240mm water cooler on top. It could be a tight fit for some boards. I'm using ASUS Z97 Sabertooth Mark 2 for reference and it fits perfectly. If you have the extra $$$ to get this, get it. Oh and it has handles at the top for toting around, gets heavy though.

Cons: Price is a little steep.

Other Thoughts: Despite the price being a little high(IMO), it's still great value for what you get compared to other case products. My main concerns were cooling options and cable management.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case!

Pros: Very Spacious, Plenty of room to fit a large GPU, I have a gtx 690 in mine and there's room even with the two intake fans at front of the case. The tool less drives and back slots are very convenient. Cable management is also a breeze with this case. I came from an Antec 900 that I had owned for over 4 years, this case makes a perfect replacement.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: I think with the military green white leds would make this case very aesthetically pleasing.

5 out of 5 eggsWell thought out!

Pros: This case is very well thought out. If you take a few minutes to map where you want everything run you can have a beautiful set up. Paired perfectly with my h105 radiator. Perfect airflow in this case.

For the money I have never owned a case that was as solid as this one. Painted inside and out. cable routing was easily done with a modular PSU. Just..... happy.

Cons: I have to put something here?

Other Thoughts: ^I had to put something there

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Outstanding design and function! I love it. I have had for a couple months now and I have nothing bad to say about it at all. The cable management is great and there is plenty of room for extra additions. I accidently broke one of the cable management clips recently and corsair sent them out to me with no questions asked... very good customer support.

Cons: No cons at all!

4 out of 5 eggsA very nice case, but has a couple of flaws

Pros: I had to upgrade my cooling as a Corsair H60 can't quite keep up with an overclocked FX-8350. I was using an Antec 1200 at the time, which is a great air cooling supertower, but can only mount one 120, radiator. Corsair has very few cases which can support the cooler I wanted, the H105, and wish the Obsidian 550D did, but Newegg had this case on sale along with a Corsair rebate, and can mount multiple radiators, so it was an easy decision to choose this case.

Packaging was bare, just a box, top and bottom styrofoam pieces, and a quick start guide, but that's all that's necessary. The carrying handles on the top make it easy to carry around. The military ammo box style latches make opening the side panels easy. Rubber grommets and plastic pieces make cable routing easy and neat.

One feature I've not seen on any other case is that an ATX board's center screw (center of the board, above the first PCIe slot) space fits over a plastic "clip" instead of a standoff, which makes alignment very easy.

Cons: There are several flaws which cause me to give this case a 3.5 egg rating. First is that my back side panel has to basically be forced into the correct place. Don't know if something is bent slightly to keep it from closing as easy as the windowed panel, but it is an effort. This case features tool-less drive installation, but the implementation is not the best for 3.5" drives. It features removable trays with 4 pins which fit into the normal screw holes. It wouldn't be such a huge deal, but you have to bend the tray to get one side in, and the pins have a habit of coming out.

The front air filter is behind the front door, which is held on by 3 tabbed metal latches which must be bent to lock and unlock them. They could break with repeated use, and a simple magnetic system, or a couple of screws, would have been much better.

Though this case is said to be able to mount fans on the bottom, one mount location requires the bottom 3.5" drive cage to be removed, and the other is directly behind the PSU.

This case has air filters for the front and bottom, but not the top, sides, or rear, and has numerous openings to allow dust in.

But the largest problem by a parsec is that the air hole design on the side panel causes a very loud whistling with 120mm fans due to the air movement, which makes them unusable. Tried 5 different fans, including one 120x120x12 mm slim fan with the same result. I know this is primarily a watercooling case, but there's no excuse for this.

Other Thoughts: Aside from the side panel fan issue, it's a good case that I'd buy again any day. My main reason for choosing this case, other than the price, was to be able to mount a rear 120mm radiator if the rumored R9 390X comes with a stock liquid cooler. I'd highly recommend this case if you have any intention of going liquid.
