5 out of 5 eggsWell thought out!

Pros: This case is very well thought out. If you take a few minutes to map where you want everything run you can have a beautiful set up. Paired perfectly with my h105 radiator. Perfect airflow in this case.

For the money I have never owned a case that was as solid as this one. Painted inside and out. cable routing was easily done with a modular PSU. Just..... happy.

Cons: I have to put something here?

Other Thoughts: ^I had to put something there

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Outstanding design and function! I love it. I have had for a couple months now and I have nothing bad to say about it at all. The cable management is great and there is plenty of room for extra additions. I accidently broke one of the cable management clips recently and corsair sent them out to me with no questions asked... very good customer support.

Cons: No cons at all!

4 out of 5 eggsA very nice case, but has a couple of flaws

Pros: I had to upgrade my cooling as a Corsair H60 can't quite keep up with an overclocked FX-8350. I was using an Antec 1200 at the time, which is a great air cooling supertower, but can only mount one 120, radiator. Corsair has very few cases which can support the cooler I wanted, the H105, and wish the Obsidian 550D did, but Newegg had this case on sale along with a Corsair rebate, and can mount multiple radiators, so it was an easy decision to choose this case.

Packaging was bare, just a box, top and bottom styrofoam pieces, and a quick start guide, but that's all that's necessary. The carrying handles on the top make it easy to carry around. The military ammo box style latches make opening the side panels easy. Rubber grommets and plastic pieces make cable routing easy and neat.

One feature I've not seen on any other case is that an ATX board's center screw (center of the board, above the first PCIe slot) space fits over a plastic "clip" instead of a standoff, which makes alignment very easy.

Cons: There are several flaws which cause me to give this case a 3.5 egg rating. First is that my back side panel has to basically be forced into the correct place. Don't know if something is bent slightly to keep it from closing as easy as the windowed panel, but it is an effort. This case features tool-less drive installation, but the implementation is not the best for 3.5" drives. It features removable trays with 4 pins which fit into the normal screw holes. It wouldn't be such a huge deal, but you have to bend the tray to get one side in, and the pins have a habit of coming out.

The front air filter is behind the front door, which is held on by 3 tabbed metal latches which must be bent to lock and unlock them. They could break with repeated use, and a simple magnetic system, or a couple of screws, would have been much better.

Though this case is said to be able to mount fans on the bottom, one mount location requires the bottom 3.5" drive cage to be removed, and the other is directly behind the PSU.

This case has air filters for the front and bottom, but not the top, sides, or rear, and has numerous openings to allow dust in.

But the largest problem by a parsec is that the air hole design on the side panel causes a very loud whistling with 120mm fans due to the air movement, which makes them unusable. Tried 5 different fans, including one 120x120x12 mm slim fan with the same result. I know this is primarily a watercooling case, but there's no excuse for this.

Other Thoughts: Aside from the side panel fan issue, it's a good case that I'd buy again any day. My main reason for choosing this case, other than the price, was to be able to mount a rear 120mm radiator if the rumored R9 390X comes with a stock liquid cooler. I'd highly recommend this case if you have any intention of going liquid.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Its not a high end case by any means but I love the style and it has a good build quality.

Cons: The paint on the case scratches a bit too easily.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case

Pros: Very roomy, many neat little features that dont sound like much but make the building experience alot easier. Rubber sphincters and other wire management bits are made my build neat and quick. The thing feels very solid and the fans it came with are all ninja like.

Power switch is pretty cool too.

Cons: some people might not like the color green ...

5 out of 5 eggsEngineering Perfection

Pros: Solid build, plenty of space, excellent cable routing features, ease of access, IT HAS HANDLES!

Cons: Not a one!

Other Thoughts: Installed a Gigabyte G1 X99 MoBo and an R9 295X2 graphics card. Even with the two interior 120mm fans (On drive bays) the R9 295X2 card fit perfectly. Using a Corsair H105 240mm CPU cooler and mounted perfectly to top of case. Highly recommend!

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Military Themed Case thats worth the Purchase

Pros: The Vengeance C70 case has heavy duty steel construction (even the front facade is metal), easy, almost completely tool-less design and Real PCI expansion slot covers (and not punch outs) which is harder to find on modern PC cases. This case has quality metal carrying handles that are mounted into the actual case and not into some plastic bracket that will just break later like many cases. The whole case got this great visual ascetic, the Power and Reset buttons help with that military feel. The case also has large holes with rubber gormmets for all your cable routing needs. And having all black screws coming standard with the case makes the whole case feel more "tactical". I also want to point out this case does great for cooling with plenty of room for fans (depending how you implement your cooling)

Cons: The 2 water cooler holes are punch outs and not replaceable covers or include rubber grommets which is not a deal breaker for my as I am not using a custom liquid cooling system) The stock fans although not awful do leave plenty to be desired. The power button, although looks cool does feel a bit mushy, and the white light behind the button can be distracting. I wish they had a red LED instead of a white LED for the power button or make the power button out of red plastic instead of white plastic with some paint on the front. But none of this is bad enough I would remove a Egg from the final rating.

Other Thoughts: Since I got the military green version of the case and I wanted matching colors for my Bluray drive and Flash card reader. I ended up painting the Drive face plates with some matte finish Olive Drab spray paint.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Case I've Ever Bought

Pros: Large case, plenty of room and ventilation. All metal construction is huge, I've moved this to several friends house's to game with out worrying about breaking anything (except whatever you hit with the case on accident). I'm able to fit my mouse, keyboard and headset in the case, so I really only have one box to transport. Tons of drive bays, more than really necessary, but the's just more storage space! I've got a Zalman Performa 10x CPU cooler, and that leaves about 1/2 inch room to the side window, but that's a massive heatsink, (6 inches tall) and I think you'd be hard pressed to find one that didn't actually fit in this case. Plenty of space on the backside for cable management as well.

Cons: Really no issues to speak of whatsoever.

Other Thoughts: It's a great case, very sturdy and reliable. I seriously doubt I'll ever have to buy another case again. It's big enough that I shouldn't have to worry about extra space for any upgrades either. I'm currently running a Sapphire R9 290 with a 1200W power supply and a Zalman Performa 10x CPU cooler, and space is not an issue.

5 out of 5 eggsCorsair Vengeance C70 (Military)

Pros: Great Case! I purchased this because it was one of the few mid towers that would accommodate the H100i without modifications. I found that it can run a push OR pull configuration of the rad fans of the H100i but not push/pull. Plenty of tie down points built in...so many, in fact, that I did not use all of them on this gaming rig. Love the fact that you can remove the hard drive bays to customize to your liking. I removed the top one to achieve unobstructed airflow from one of the front fans, which blows directly on the GPU...nice! The ammo can type carry handles are sturdy and make moving the computer very easy. The removable side panels make getting to both sides of the case for cable management. I could go on but I think you get the picture...great case.

Cons: The power LED and hard drive activity LED are white. Would have loved to see a different color...at least for the hard drive activity light (maybe green to go along with the military theme). Some people don't like the fan holes drilled in the side of the plexyglass but I like the fact that I can add two more 120 or 140mm fans to keep the case ambient temp lower. The rubber grommets on the top of the case are a bit soft and will distort or come out of place when applying the fan screws.

Other Thoughts: This was my first gaming computer build and was thankful that I chose this case. Everything was easy and customizable. Love this case.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent.

Pros: This thing has handles!
And the sides clip on and off with a giant thudding noise!
The reset button is adorable. Very "fallout" / military style in general, but not overkill.
Built in usb 3.0 and tons of room for fans.
Sliding HDD bays work great, they are bendy, I literally just snapped my HDD into place in seconds. Front drive bays work similarly. I was impressed and relieved that I didn't have to screw in my drives to get them snug.

The metal of the case is well-built. I got no cuts during my recent build.

Filters on the bottom slide out easily.
Lots of room for fans, and a decent amount of space on the 'back' side of the motherboard for cable routing.

They include plenty of screws in cute little baggies.
Did I mention this thing has handles? It was a great update for me from the NZXT Vulcan. I never want a case ever again that doesn't have handles.

Cons: I can't think of any, honestly.

Other Thoughts: Clicking the sides back on can pinch your fingers!

Also, the reattachment click is very loud, it made my ears ring if I was too close to the case while doing so.

So if you have sensitive ears and hands, just be careful ok?
