This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: great expectations Full failure .

Cons: The sata power rail doesnt work you can plug it in but no go Customer service Nothing So I had to remove the rail and run power cables through the box completely defeating the entire point of buy the box in the first place

No customer service response .

then the rebate was turned down But I cant resubmit because they have the originals , but they scanned them and cant read the scan .

Other Thoughts: I wont buy another thermaltake product, treated shabbily .
If I need another box i will build my own out of wood and aluminum or something . learned to take pictures of all rebate materials .

4 out of 5 eggsHuge!!

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: Tons of space, built extremely well, a lot bigger than the picture! I like the bus for the hot swap bays so you only have to run one power wire for all the drives. The wire compartment on the back has planty of holes and grommets to run wires with ease. This case fits my cooler master dual 120mm fan heat sink and makes it look small. Plenty of airflow so every thing stays cool. Plus it just looks cool.

Cons: The only reason this lost an egg is the fact that if the computer goes to sleep or reboots it forgets your fan setting such as high/low setting and color. Not a huge deal but kinda annoying seeing how my setup is green and the default is blue. I don't know if there is something I can do to fix it or if its defective? Not really worth it to try and do a return.

5 out of 5 eggs

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: One power port for the hard disk drive bays reduces cable clutter. Big plus.
Solid design and good materials.

Cons: A bit difficult to put in and take out pci cards as it requires two sets of screws to be taken out. Hard drives are also a bit of a pain to switch out as they require 4 screws. Would be nice if they could do some kind of screwless attachment like the 5.25 inch bays have.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case Check for errors

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: Great case with some amazing features, lots of cooling throughout the case runs like an AC. Latch on door is an amazing feature as well as the fan control etc.

Cons: Only con i had was the manufacturer error that was with the case. 0 Glue put onto the Power switch so i spent hours troubleshooting other issues only to find no glue making it so the power switch was shoved all the way back. MAKE SURE YOUR POWER SWITCH DOESN'T MOVE

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Case

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: This case has an absurd amount of space.

It's well-built.

It's extraordinarily easy to open up and check out.

It has a large amount of cable management arrangements.

This is my first build, although I've helped friends build theirs, and had a friend help me build this one, so we could LAN sooner. This case has so much space that installing/removing parts is no problem, and that you could install whatever you want to. The hot-swap bays are awesome, the locking mechanisms for the top 4 bays make installation/removal a breeze. The buttons all respond fantastically, and the LED selections are a nice bonus. The fans on this case make this awesome, I can feel a breeze cool my feet from the air being drawn into the side-panel of this case.

Cons: I honestly have no complaints about my case. It is marvelous.

Other Thoughts: Do not fornicate with case.

2 out of 5 eggsSo-so. Swap out bays not so easy.

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: Solid. Large, capacious interior with which to work. My first build of a computer, and this was fairly straightforward. Plenty of room to tuck cables out of the way, 3 good fans, lots of lighting options. Plenty of 5.25" bays.

Cons: Many:
1. The 5 swap bays REQUIRE that you physically screw in the hard drives and SSDs to secure them in place, and you MUST use the special screws they provide, else the trays aren't flush and can't slide in. This is far from easy hot-swap despite the appearance.
2. No USB 3.0 ports in front. You want USB 3.0, it's in the back or on the top of the case. Dumb. Yet there are lots of USB 2.0 in front.
3. What turkey would required a minimum of three screws to be undone/done to put in one expansion card? This turkey. The extra bracket to secure the expansion cards is unnecessary and a pain.
4. Wait. So 4 5.25" bays and yet only ONE 3.5"? Huh?
5. Securing drive bays is not easy- screws have to be used and are not easily accessed.

Other Thoughts: So close. But they really messed it with simple design errors. Would advise other cases. I went for it because it looked like you could easily put disc drives in and out on this. Not true.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat unique case

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: - Lots of space for the motherboard, CPU cooler and PSU.
- Unique, cool look to it which is less absurd in real life.
- All black interior
- 200mm fan compatibility

Cons: - The stock side fan, if not all the fans, were not compatible with my NZXT fan controller. The controller would power them but could not control their RPM. Considering I replaced them all, not a dealbreaker.
- Could use more optical bays rather than the oversized and unnecessary HDD swap bays. I use a front panel fan controller, optical drive, LED controller and a storage box, would have appreciated 3 more slots for a front fan.
- While the main part of the case is wonderfully roomy, the side panel behind the motherboard fits too close and doesn't leave as much room for cabling as I would have wanted. My cabling was done nice and tight and it took effort to close the case. This could have been easily solved giving it half an inch more space, and taking half an inch off the other main side of the case, as my Noctua NH-D15 fits with plenty of room to spare.

Other Thoughts: Love the case, has a really unique look to it that doesn't look so ridiculous in person. Looks wonderful with NZXT hue lighting installed. Had a few quirks that I listed above, but I really love the case and know it will hold up for a long time. Go for it!

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect case.

This review is from: Thermaltake Level 10 GT (VN10001W2N) Black Steel SECC / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case with Four Fans-1x 200mm Colorshift side fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift top fan, 1x 200mm Colorshift front fan and 1x 140mm rear fan

Pros: Pros:
-AHCI Hot Swappable Drives
-Excellent room in main cavity
-Direction side fan
-Easy on the eyes
-Easy to move around if you are into that thing
-Quality filters

Cons: Cons:
-This is what ruined the case, the backplate where you would like to hide your cables, gives you little to no room to hide them, so if you do not have a modular PSU, you are out of luck. It literally needs 1/2 a inch for cable management, otherwise you are stuck risking the very thin metal contact to your back thumb pins, so I was not able to hide my cables like I thought I was.

Other Thoughts: None really, sort of wish I did not buy it, but after the frustration of the cable management, and finding an unpleasant work around, and the other positives, decided to stick with it, but buyer beware, do not shuffle out good money for this, look into something else that was better thought out.
