4 out of 5 eggsGood, For The Price.

Pros: Price! Seriously affordable.

Looks great to me.

Plenty of fan mounts (Highly recommend picking up a few extra 120mm fans).

The feet are tall enough to provide decent airflow to the PSU and bottom fan. My last case (Thermaltake V9 Black), sat much closer to the floor.

Cons: Took some creative thinking to get my Corsair H60 mounted... If you're planning on running water cooling (pre-made or custom), you may want to look elsewhere. Even the small'ish radiator for the H60 wasn't able to be installed as a direct fit. But, if you're determined (and have some light fabrication skills) it can be done.

With the motherboard I'm using (Asus Z97-A), it's a very tight fit between the RAM retention clips and the top center fan. If I wanted to remove the RAM, I'd have to remove the fan first to get enough clearance to pop the retention clips down. Depending on your motherboard, you may or may not have this "issue".

Rear screws for the side panels require a screwdriver. Thumb screws would've been a nice touch, but considering the price, I can't really complain.

Other Thoughts: Asus Z97-A
Intel i7-4790
Corsair Hydro H60
Asus Strix GTX 960
Thermaltake TR2 700W
G.Skill Sniper DDR3-1600, 32GB
WD Black 1TB and 2TB

4 out of 5 eggsGood budget case. Noticeable features that lowered my ratings.

Pros: -Matte Black
-Side panels hinge, no more slide locks
-Plenty of 120mm fan mounting points (is also a con; see cons)

Cons: -Some fan mounting areas may not be usable depending on your hardware (see other thoughts for details)
-A little flimsy, too much torsion pressure on the case causes it to warp
-Very difficult cable management, (duh, it's a cheap case, no eggs lost here) but modular PSUs make up for that
-Too large of a PSU will render the bottom case fan unmountable, the PSU retention bracket is in the way

Other Thoughts: The main thing I noticed while building on this case is that it is impossible to use the two top fan bays from inside the case, i.e., having the fans mounted inside the case. While using an air cooled heatsink, both bays were blocked by the heatsink and the RAM clips/slots. Not a huge deal, but I would have like to use them. I know I should have looked at the case before buying it, but it seems that you weren't supposed to use them at all, unless you planned on mounting the fans on the outside of the case.

None of these Cons/Other thoughts warranted taking away anymore than 1 egg. It is still a good case; just consider these things before purchasing.

1 out of 5 eggsBogus shipping from their store for parts

Pros: Plenty of room, nice interior.

Cons: The case itself is rather flimsy, and the quick connectors are only one each, hence this reviews purpose.

Other Thoughts: Went to their store site to order additional HD quick connectors, priced at $3 ea. So I placed order for 3 additional for both HD and 5.25 to complete the set. Their site tried to charge me $72 shipping via ups ground for these. So they are getting a single egg for this. Now I know why they only included 1 of each.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Customer,

3 out of 5 eggsNot the Best but adequate

Pros: Black, nice LED, easy to build

Cons: Not the coolest (in terms of temperature) inside the case.

The 5.25 slot and HDD slot can be build more sophisticated.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Customer,
We would recommend adding additional case fans to the front, top, and/or bottom of the chassis. The additional fans will help to cool your system.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Case

Pros: If you are on a tight budget, this case will not let you down. I was seriously expecting a cheap case.

Cons: The component (HDD, optical drive, etc.) "locks" are completely useless, they do not lock at all. I would advise you to use screws instead. Cable management is sort of hard, but hey, its 40 dollars.

Other Thoughts: The case could use some improvements, but hey, what are you going to get for 40 bucks?

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Budget Case

Pros: Inexpensive, excellent airflow which has lowered all temps by 3 or 4c. Much quieter than my previous case with better thermal performance.

Cons: Feels a little flimsy but for 40 bucks, I can live with it. :)

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Inexpensive,
Black interior,
Cutout for CPU bracket access,
Good looks,
Has window on side for added bling,

Cons: Inexpensive (flimsy),
cable management poor
upper fan mount placement not compatible with some motherboards

Other Thoughts: I bought this for a budget rig I put together for my nephew. I knew it was an inexpensive case and for the most part you get what you pay for. I bought it on sale with a rebate so it was like $25. Definitely worth that. It has a lot going for it such as black interior, cut-out in motherboard tray and removable back panel so you can swap out CPU cooler without disassembly and the little window on the side. The only thing that was quite terrible was the upper fan mounts. with a Asus M5a97 R2.0 the fans wouldn't clear the top of the motherboard - RAM or CPU power connection. I had to mount them offset from the intended holes by threading through the grill holes, and some didn't quite line up quite straight but it worked out. Also the front panel is somewhat difficult to remove and I'd venture that repeated removal and installation would definitely lead to breakage of the retaining pegs. When I was building the machine I got real annoyed with it and wished I had spent twice as much on something better, but if you have a specific budget and a short motherboard this case works well.
