4 out of 5 eggsBad fan...

Pros: Good build quality, very solid. Makes it really easy to add fans to the front of the case.

Cons: Top fan never worked, would not power on.

4 out of 5 eggsAntec Three Hundred Black

Pros: I've been using Antec cases for the last 4 builds.
tool-less assembly is good.
having a SSD mounting on the bottom.
comes with 120mm on back 140mm on top. long enough wires.
filtered front faceplate.

Cons: power switch and reset switches were labeled incorrectly.

put everything in together last night. push the power button. nothing. Absolutely nothing!
Took PS out and tested fine.
puzzeled a little and took the front panel out (exposing switches and LEDs).
checked all connections at least twice.
Then, I just pushed reset switch. Yes!!
Power and Reset connectors (board side) were labeled opposite!

Not a fault of Antec, but I wish it had a 3-1/2 faceplate. I know this is older model so it only has USB 2.0 ports. To use USB 3.0 port from front, I purchased 3-1/2 size dual USB 3.0 front panel. So far, no luck on mounting it right without face plate.

Antec doesn't have USB 3.0 conversion kit (removing the USB 2.0 ports out)

Compared to Nine Hundred cases that I have this one sure is cheap model. A lot lighter.
It will still do fine since I wanted cheaper overall build.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Good

Pros: Nice clean sleek black look. No LED's. Thumbscrews are removed with the flick of a finger, I like that a lot, coming from the manila/vanilla cases of the 90's that could withstand a bomb. Still, this is a solid case I could sit on.

Cons: Once one of the fans gets dust on it it can't roll on low setting or it just won't run. Clean them or run the fans a little faster. I hate the front ports because they are directly in the way of rolling my computer chair back.

Other Thoughts: If you have a Gtx 480 or anything of that size, 3.5" hard drives may get in the way so be mindful of the size of this case and what you may put in it in the future.

5 out of 5 eggsThis is a special case

Pros: The quality of the steel is not in doubt here: this case was made to last.
Focus on improved airflow and air quality
Parts are all well fitted
Screwdown slot covers
quality, quality, quality!

Cons: no other swanky features (sorry!)

Other Thoughts: I haven't hooked up the fans just yet, but the two which are included are oversized (good thing). Antec's really done a lot for airflow features on this case and most users will be extremely satisfied. On the outside, the perforated front looks nice and the power buttons have good action. What more can you ask for? The inside is roomy, smooth and professional looking.

Item came packed with a card stating "this paper treated with volatile anti corrosion coatings". Umm, thanks Antec?

5 out of 5 eggsSolid case, as always

Pros: Always a solid case with solid build quality

Cons: No front USB 3.0 ports

Other Thoughts: I build almost exclusively with Antec cases these days. I've tried some of their lower priced cases but always go back to the 300 or 300 Illusion series depending on the client. Solid air flow, nice inclusion of fans and good customer support when I've used it.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: The case is decent quality especially for the price.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Ontrak delivered my entire order to some random persons house not even close to me. Luckily that person was honest and brought over my $600 order. Make sure you remember to indicate you require a signature as there is no way to prove anything otherwise if they screw up nor will they do much else than say "Im sorry this happened to you"

5 out of 5 eggsAntec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: Very good and durable case overall. big upgrade from my dell inspiron 531s (very small) lol. Has a lot of space and a place for wires and multiple fan slots. Even includes two fans. Love it

Cons: None whatsoever

Other Thoughts: I've had this case for over a month and its quiet, hardly any dust buildup, and it matches my entertainment center. No complaints here :)

5 out of 5 eggsGood value.

Pros: At $45 with the $10 promo code it beat anything else for the money.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: I was going to submit for the $10 mail-in rebate but I didn't want to cut a hole in the nice box.

5 out of 5 eggsJust Awesome

Pros: Looks nice.Antec quality with a low price and super easy to work with.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Antec just amazes me as I got this case for 45 bucks with free shipping. I would easily pay up to 70 for this thing. You cant find better quality for this kind of price. The front panel comes off super easy and the mounts for two front fans screw off with such ease that makes adding them so easy its sick. Airflow is fantastic even if you do not put in front fans. If you are on a budget and want a case that is decent for a Gaming build or any build for that matter this is a solid buy. I have went back and forth for years and have tried other case brands and I mean dozens of them. Antec is always a sure bet.
