Antec combines size, quality, features and low price to deliver the ultimate gaming case. The smallest of Antec’s “Hundred” series designed for the Do-It-Yourself gamer, it is equipped to deal with the increased heat output of high-performance systems as well as providing a flexible design to best suit your needs. Its overall matt-black finish shows that you – and your system – mean business.

The front panel includes a pair of USB 2.0 inputs as well as jacks for a headphone and microphone. The front bezel is perforated for maximum air intake and it has a washable filter to reduce dust within the system. Inside, are a total of nine drive bays – six 3.5” internal HDD’s and a trio of 5.25” external drives. Seven expansion card slots let you load up on graphic and other options up to – and including – a full height ATX motherboard. A rear-mounted 120mm TriCool fan as well as a top-mounted 140mm TriCool fan – both with 3-speed switch control – draw air through the case.

In addition, there's space for an additional pair of 120mm fans behind the front bezel to cool the HDD’s as well as the option to mount a third 120mm fan on the side of the case to cool the GPU. If you’d rather put your money into what goes inside the case rather than the case itself, the Antec Three Hundred is for you.

5 out of 5 eggsThe best case you can find for the price

Pros: Has options for a total of 5 fans, great cable management area.

Cons: The included fans only have molex connectors so i had to buy a molex to 3 pin to use my mobo fan controller.

4 out of 5 eggsAmazing case, great airflow

Pros: -effectively tool-less, comes with PLENTY of thumbscrews which i used for my video card and hard drives so i can move them around without having to break out the screwdriver
-bottom mounted PSU, separated from other hot components
comes with 2 nice 120mm fans already

Cons: would get 5 eggs except i spent probably 1 hour fiddling with the standoffs & screws trying to secure my motherboard to the case. apparently the smallest screws that come included in the little plastic packaging will NOT securely tighten into the standoff screw holes. i ended up having to use the bigger screws that you normally use to secure PCI cards. luckily, they fit into the standoff screw holes.

Other Thoughts: i like minimalist, black metal design and how you can make this as tool-less as you want. with a proper modular psu and cable management you can have amazing airflow, my computer is pushing more air than anything else i've ever built with only 1 intake fan and the 2 built-in outtake fans.

4 out of 5 eggsnice case

Pros: Solid case, nice paint, plenty of spots for hard and optical drives. Lots of 3-speed fans, room for 3 more.

Cons: Pretty bad cable management. I added a few "aftermarket" holes near the psu, mobo 8 pin, mobo 24 pin, and video 8 pin, running the power cords behind the case. A lot more visually appealing and increases air flow. I took an egg for this alone. Antec could put a few pre-drilled holes in the case and it would be pretty awesome.

4 out of 5 eggsCost more now then before with lower quality paint.

Pros: Sturdy Case
Best Bang for your Buck
Perfect for those Long GPU Cards

Cons: Can't use 2 of the HDD bays because of GPU Length
Paint is not the same as the first mfg ones. They were matte. It is now a flat black paint, seems cheap but does nothing to the integrity of the case.
Cost more than several months ago.

Other Thoughts: I would still get it again. Great Case none of the less.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect case for budget minded build

Pros: This case is great for those looking for a budget build. Currently installed Micro ATX MB and has plenty of room for expansion. Can't question Antec quality. Black sleek grilled designed looks great with LED case fan

Cons: Slightly taller then expected but that allows for future expansion

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Plenty of space for my 5850 ATI card and cable channel on the side makes extra air space in the case for cooling. Fans are speed selectable, though can only change with the side off. Lots of cooling and plenty of space for extra fans.

Cons: Power supply on bottom puts heat directly on the video card, fan speed controls are only accessible within the case.

Other Thoughts: Great buy, still well worth it for the airflow you get and tons of hard drive space.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice Case

Pros: Nice, sturdy case. Built with good quality. Easy to work with. Prompt tech support from Antec if needed.

Cons: A bit tight to work in, however that's the nature of a mid-tower and not unique to this case.

Other Thoughts: This is a very nice case. It has excellent air-flow with the standard and optional fans in place. It was very easy to work with and has a nice compartment on one side to hide the wiring. The included fans are of good quality. I e-mailed Antec tech support about purchasing additional air filters and they responded very quickly. The case has a SSD drive spot on the bottom of it.

5 out of 5 eggsBest case out there for the money!

Pros: This case greatly exceeded my expectations. I really can't believe I got such a nice case at such a great price. The two fans that come with it plus the fan from my power supply give it plenty of airflow without being too loud. The hard drive mounts have a very nice spacing and give a little more room in between drives that lets them breathe more. The directions that come with it are some of the best I've seen with a case. I don't remember seeing it in the description but the case now has a SSD mounting spot which is kind of cool.

Cons: Nothing given the price that I paid for it. It's not tooless but what do you really expect for the price? Probably the only other con is the 11" video card size limit, It's not a problem for me now, but could limit my future upgrade path.

Other Thoughts: The first thing I noticed with the case is that I heard a lot more noise from my two WD black hard drives. In my old case there was actually a metal divider between the hard drives and the front of the case which apparently cut down the noise more than I realized. It's not a terrible noise, but it is something that I notice.

Since moving everything over from my old case I've had alot of problems with Windows and stability in games. I don't think this is a reflection of the case but it still perplexes me. I've taken everything back out and reseated it and I just loosened the screws on the motherboard which I think has fixed it.
