Cooler Master brings together outstanding quality and user-friendly design in this rugged mid tower computer case. The HAF 922 has an innovative button design for easy maintenance and upgrades of 5.25” drive devices.
This chassis provides plenty of room for three long video cards with an open air configuration. Anti-vibration pads offer superior noise reduction during those hard-core power-eating gaming sessions. The cable management system assists with cable routing and neatness. The mesh case bottom and extra large fans provide superior airflow and cooling. The internal radiator mount is standard size to support most liquid cooling kits.
Show off your beast’s interior with the acrylic side window. This heavyweight provides superior protection for all of your pricey components and, with the all-steel construction, will probably outlast even the most robust system.

Rock Solid
- Pros: Very solid case. It has a great interior and room for the big video cards. The fans are relatively quiet for being so large and they look great. Bottom mount power supply is always a plus and tool-less hard drive bays feel very secure. It is also nice to have an extra expansion slot in the back for those extra usb plug-ins that every motherboard comes with these days. Dvd drive slot covers come off without problems unlike most cases. Awesome to have the access hole on the motherboard tray to change cpu fans when needed. Expansion slots use a much better method than a lot of cases with the large screws commonly used for side panels. They feel very secure when tightened down.
- Cons: Tool-less design for dvd drives is sketchy. I decided to screw mine in instead of take a risk. No fans on the side panel. feet are kind of short.
- Other Thoughts: Well worth the price. This is a solid case that will live for years to come. I am rocking a gtx285 and it has about an inch and a half of room so no worries there! If you want full tower features with mid tower size this IS the case no questions asked.
Fantastic
- Pros: Larger than I thought. So many hook points for cable management, made that a breeze. Gave you plenty of cable ties and standoffs. Quiet, cold, I feel cold air coming out of the PC. Good looking paint job. Enjoy the bottom mounted PSU, wish it came with some 8 pin and 24 pin extensions though. The HDD rail system is smooth, so much easier to work with than the Cosmos HDD cage. The push button 5 1/4" bays are easy too. Room for a 240mm Radiator on the top, and a great place to mount a pump on the bottom in front of the PSU.
- Cons: Black paint scratches off easily, especially around the rear thumb screws. They should have painted the interior in my opinion too. No real window, yet.
- Other Thoughts: Very glad they allow you to turn off the red LED on the front fan. Didn't want that color in my system.
I had to buy this as soon as it became available on newegg, very glad I did. Can't wait for the side window to go on sale, picking that up as soon as I see one for sale. Hoping newegg has it first!
