Cooler Master's latest CM Stacker 830 case is a state-of-the-art case armed with a stylish streamlined aluminum design, extreme venting, and several features that make it the ultimate enthusiast-friendly gear. This mammoth full-tower case accommodates up to nine 5.25" drives. Use one or more of the 4-in-3 device modules to install 3.5" drives for incredible expandability for even the most demanding power user.
Cooling is where CM Stacker 830 really delivers. A special side fan bracket and support for up to nine 120mm fans takes venting to a brand new level. The exceptional thermal performance is quiet, too. This ground-breaking case is completely tool-free as well, making it extremely user-friendly.

Great Case!!
- Pros: Everything about this case is great! I like that you can slide the drives in form the front, removable Mobo tray is killer. If you got the room for this case you will not regret it.
- Cons: DOOR PROBOLEM SOLUTION!!!!
Like most of the posts here say the side doors are hard to get back on. BUT I figured out the solution so listen up. The hooks on the doors that engage the body need to be bent out just a little more on the ends so that they are at a greater angle. Mine were almost flat Once I did this the sides slide on and off as easy as can be.
- Other Thoughts: 2 Things
1. A few ppl who have bought this case have experienced some problems with getting there PSU to fit due to the top fan cage. The PSU that I bought (FPS Group FX700-GLN, Item# N82E16817104015) fits perfect. And it is a 700W and SLI certified.
2. The other thing is that ppl are having a hard time getting there cards to seat into there Mobo do to an incorrect height. I have not verified that yet but if I come up with a fix for that I will post that as well.
Good Case
- Pros: I bought this case specifically for the 8800 GTX card. There are not a lot of cases that can handle a card that big, but this one can.
Best points 1. Tons of room 2. Great Cooling 3. Slide out MB tray
- Cons: Side panels not the best design.
Lower 3 1/2 bay near bottom can block that fan when filled with HDs, etc. No speaker? (can't find it)
- Other Thoughts: Its a great case, no doubt. You will not regret the purchase. I also bought a Toughpower 850 Power Supply and it hooked up like it came from the factory.
P5N32-E SLI, Toughpower 850, 8800 GTX, E6600, 2GB Patriot, etc.

- Pros: Lots of room inside make cable management a breeze for once. Nice aluminum finish. Big GPUs will fit into this no problem .
- Cons: Dust magnet, only came with 2 fans when it has room for 9
- Other Thoughts: Mine came with a broken door hinge but coolermaster sent me a new set of hinges for free through their online tech support. Kudos to CM and Newegg
NO BTX!!
- Pros: This case is awesome if you have ATX motherboard... just awesome.
- Cons: If bought this case because NewEgg's product tour showed that this product comes with a BTX conversion kit and supports BTX motherboards... which is not true.
This product did not have a BTX conversion kit, nor did the case support conversion to support a BTX motherboard. The product detail information displayed on this page is not accurate.
- Pros: This is the best case I have ever handled. So where to begin on the pros... For starters, mounting your DVD/CD/floppy drives is as painless as can be. Simply open up the front of the case, open these small hinges on either side of the case, pop off a panel, slide your drive in and lock it in place.
Motherboard access is just as easy. The whole mounting tray slides in and out easily. The mounting screws for the mobo are stable, and leave the motherboard solidly attached to the computer. Air flow is about as good as you're gonna get short of making a case with industrial fans for side panels. The side panel mounting brackets make mounting your four 120mm fans a breeze - you pop them into the mounting squares, which pop into the mounting bracket. Of course, if you want to screw your fans in, you can, but what would be the point when it's painless to use their mounting squares. Not to mention the fine mesh covering the squares provides some dust protection. Smaller fans can be...
- Cons: (continued from pros section) mounted traditionally, of course, though I would suggest using four 120mm fans. If you do use four fans for the side panel, don't forget to buy power cables for at least two of 'em.
HDD mounting is about as painless as it can get - the front fan on the case blows air directly onto the hdds, and the compartment that the hdds rests in slides out of the front of the case. This means you mount your hard drives in their little box before sliding them back in, no awkward contortions of your body required. This is an incredibly roomy case. It should be able to fit just about any component... though I can't guarantee that your components will fit on your motherboard. Namely, the Radeon HD4870 series of GPUs is about the biggest thing I've seen, and makes space on my motherboard a premium, but that's for another review. CONS: The side panels for the case are a little tricky to get back on, but nothing too bad.
- Other Thoughts: Apparently the verb describing using a screwdriver on a screw is an inappropriate word on this website, hence forcing me to use the words "mounted traditionally".
