3 out of 5 eggsCheap, purpose built case

Pros: Cheap, nice layout for the size and small.

Cons: Power supply is not 80 Plus certified. Mine randomly crapped out after a little over a year of normal use. Not a typical size power supply so replacement options are limited.

Front USB ports are on the top of the case.

Other Thoughts: Used this case with an AMD E350M1. Its perfect for a small form factor HTPC build but not sure if it'll fit a standard AMD/Intel CPU cooler.

4 out of 5 eggsAmazingly small

Pros: Incredibly small, like 1/4 the size of a full desktop.
I'm not getting as many heat issues as I thought, it runs super loud with the case closed but runs ~50 C which isn't as bad as I anticipated, ~30 C with case open.

Cons: barely 2 inches to fit a CPU fan, had to get a saw and trim down my fan to get it to fit.
I would've had to shred the case to pieces to fit the low profile radeon 6670 into my PCI-e port on my MOBO.

Other Thoughts: I was looking for the smallest case I could possibly put 8GB of ddr3 ram into, and I found it, although should have went with just a half inch larger on each side so I could fit a more common CPU fan and the low profile card I wanted.

3 out of 5 eggsHot inside

Pros: See my previouse review (Chinese puzzle box)

Cons: A bit too hot inside. My cpu cooler fan is spinning at high rpm (>3000rpm) and making lots of noise. I think it's because of the system temperature. The power supply is pretty hot and the little fan that is supplied isn't enough to blow the hot air out. In fact, even with the top of the case off, it's still hot around the power supply. My cpu fan is spinning faster than it's rated for and it's LOUD because of that.

Other Thoughts: This is an update to my previous review.

4 out of 5 eggsChinese puzzle box

Pros: - small
- enough power
- slimline sata cable included!
- dual compartment makes it easy to install drives

Cons: - dual compartment makes each one lower profile so it's hard to find a cpu cooler that fits
- usbs and audio jack on top of case when in desktop orientation
- card reader does not come with case and is only available for oem projects! This is not stated on the newegg description
- had some trouble removing top cover as it keeps getting stuck on one corner near the front - maybe the cables there

Other Thoughts: I really like this case but was annoyed about not being able to get a card reader for it. This is my first miniitx build so I found it a bit challenging to figure out how to route all the cables from the motherboard side to the drive side. Also didn't realize I could flip the ODD drive cage over and screw in that way until I read it in a previous review. I'm using an AM3 socket on mb and had a tough time finding a low profile cooler. Ended up with a Scythe SCKZT-1000 80mm Kozuti which is just a 1-2mm too tall and is pushing the case up a bit. (And mine is noisy!) Will try a GELID one.

2 out of 5 eggsREALLY LOUD

Pros: Easy to install hardware
Goes on the back of my monitor
No cooling problems

Cons: This is very Loud, it started out quiet. I have had it for two years after the first year the fan got a little louder. Now it is almost sounds like a server room.

It is also still a little bulky.

Other Thoughts: This Box should have a small fan less power supply, with a fan on the box that is easily replaceable.

5 out of 5 eggsNew revision may have quieter fan?

Pros: Quiet PSU fan, easy to route cables, just big enough to be small but easy to work with, gorgeous finish, twist off VESA mount/stand. Power cables were the perfect length for an ASRock H67M-ITX with 24 pin and 4 pin connectors.

Cons: Single SATA power with space for a sata DVD and HD.

Other Thoughts: FAN NOISE:
I'm thinking the newer models have quieter fans. Mine is whisper quiet. All complaints of loud fans were mid 2011 or before.

You can reposition any cables coming from the front panel by detaching the panel, very easy and clean.

You can completely remove the stands from the case, so you won't have the twist off piece remaining like in the pictures (I.E. flat and smooth on both sides)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for VESA mounting

Pros: Very quiet and well hidden when mounted on the back of a monitor. The overall size is remarkably small when you consider the option exists for installing a slim ODD. Ventilation is perfectly adequate using an energy efficient CPU. The supplied VESA mount/pedestal allows for quick dismounting with a simple twist to unlock it.

Cons: Only room enough for one 2.5" HDD. The VESA mounting bracket is plastic, and while probably adequate for its purpose, has a flimsy feel to it.

Other Thoughts: Several other reviews noted an excessively loud PSU fan, but mine is whisper quiet. The only fan I hear is CPU cooler, which really isn't loud at all. Another criticism I've seen is that the slim ODD can't be installed the way you'd expect if this case is to be used in a desktop configuration. Here again, I had no problem orienting it the way you'd expect to using a Samsung slim ODD.

My set up uses a Foxconn H67 motherboard, Intel G630T processor, 4Gb Corsair PC1066 ram, an OCZ 32Gb Onyx SSD, on an Acer 23" LCD.

5 out of 5 eggsBetter then expected

Pros: Sturdy construction, three different options of mounting (desktop, tower, VESA), quiet power supply fan.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I was building HTPC and looking for best case for computer. I was little worried about this one as it is not clearly stated that it goes with vesa mount (and I wanted to attach the case on the back side on monitor) but it seemed like a thing I was looking for.

Anyway this box is perfectly designed for HTPC or all-in-one desktop. It is well equiped with different types of connectors (including slim sata, which lacked in blu-ray drive I bought), screws etc.

4 out of 5 eggsA nice, tiny case

Pros: - A REAL power supply, not one of these 12V adaptor bricks with another board to get your -12, 5, and 3.3 voltages.
- Has a slim drive slot instead of the 5.25" garbage. There is no excuse that all of computer technology is still sticking with the full height drives. They are ugly and take up a lot of space.
- Very good quality hardware.

Cons: - No reset button

Other Thoughts: I took all the plastic things off of the case because it is just sitting on a shelf to run pfSense. It is a tiny case, but not too confining.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat case, only one drawback

Pros: +Nice small case.
+Comes with all the screws and cables you need, even including the requisite screws and slim SATA cable for slimline disc drives.
+Easy installation

Cons: -The PSU fan is admittedly loud. You don't notice it over music, movies or your window AC unit, but if you place this case in a quiet place and let it run, you are going to notice it. I figured that the reviews about the fan noise level were exaggerated - they are not.

Other Thoughts: The power cables are ALMOST too short.
I did not install a slim drive. That's a purchase for a later date.
