Why is there a purchase order field provided in the order form if Newegg.ca does not accept purchase orders?

It is there for reference only. This is where you can save your company's Purchase Order number if your company has assigned one to that order.

Does Newegg.ca offer any type of Reseller or dealer discount program?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a reseller or discount program available. Newegg.ca currently already negotiates and offers great prices to all of our customers through our website. Anytime we receive any specials or promotions, we promptly post them on our website for you to take advantage of.

May I pay using a cheque or a money order?

We do not accept cheques or money orders at this time.

What Sales Tax does Newegg.ca charge?

Newegg.ca charges GST (HST on sale made into British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Ontario) on all sales as required by law.

Some of the products we sell in Canada are shipped from local (Canadian) suppliers. These suppliers may charge us additional amounts and fees for these products, in which case we recover these charges through the handling fee on your invoice. The amount of these additional charges from our local suppliers depends on many factors, including the destination of the shipment, the type of item purchased and the location of our local suppliers' facilities.

How do I identify Phishing or Spoofed E-mails? Know that Newegg.ca does not and will never ask you for the following information in an e-mail communication:

• Your social security number or tax identification number
• Your credit card number, PIN number, or credit card security code (including "updates" to any of the above)
• Your mother's maiden name
• Your Newegg.ca password
• Your address, phone number or other personal information

Occasionally, if you place an order with incorrect information, you may receive an email from Newegg.ca giving you the opportunity to correct your shipping/billing information. When this occurs you will have to log into the Newegg.ca website to input this info. We will not provide you with a link on the e-mail notification to ensure you are responding to a valid communication from Newegg.ca. Another method of identifying a phishing or spooked e-mail is to place your cursor on links or images without clicking. If the hyperlink is an IP address or other than www.newegg.ca, DO NOT CLICK the link. Go to www.newegg.ca directly and logon. Never submit the information mentioned above directly through an email.
