How do I get my Purolator tracking number?

The tracking numbers for each day's shipped orders are automatically emailed to the customer after 6:30pm Pacific Standard Time. You can also check your order status online to find out your tracking number.

Purolator has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact Purolator at 1-888-SHIP-123 to obtain further status on your package(s). The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local Purolator hub. Newegg.ca would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If Purolator is holding them, please contact Purolator.

Why was a Purolator Notice of Delivery left on my door?

A Purolator Notice of Delivery was left on your door to let you know that a package delivery or pickup was attempted. Your Purolator Notice of Delivery contains information to help you complete the delivery or pickup. If the Purolator driver was able to leave your package at an alternate location, your Purolator Notice of Delivery indicates where the package was left (for example, your garage or back porch). If a package pickup was attempted and you were not available, your UPS InfoNotice indicates the next pickup date and time.

I was not home when a delivery was attempted, and a Purolator Notice of Delivery was left. Will Purolator make another attempt?

Yes. Purolator makes up to two delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays (US and Canadian).

What time will Purolator make its next delivery attempt?

If this was a first or second attempt, the next delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. Your Purolator driver has indicated on the Purolator Notice of Delivery the approximate time range within which the next attempt will be made.

What is the purpose of the Purolator Tracking Number - (PIN) Package Identification Number?

The Purolator Tracking Number - (PIN) Package Identification Number gives you easy access to your package delivery information. By entering this one number, you can track all your packages at purolator.com and receive additional information regarding future delivery attempts for your packages.

To track your Purolator Tracking Number - (PIN) Package Identification Number on the Web, select Track Shipment from the www.purolator.com home page enter the Purolator Tracking Number.

In Canada, you can track, locate, and verify the arrival of your packages by calling 1-888-SHIP-123 (1-888-744-7123).

When will my Purolator package arrive?

In Canada, your Purolator package cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day. Purolator Standard packages are delivered anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Up-to-date information about the status of your package is available in the "Track Shipments" on www.purolator.com.

I will not be available to receive my package(s) when UPS returns. What are my options?

There are several delivery options available. First, look closely at the Notice of Delivery to see if any instructional boxes are checked.

Depending on the requirements of the shipper, you may be able to sign the Notice of Delivery authorizing the driver to leave your package.

How can I obtain additional support for my Purolator delivery?

For additional information, please call the customer service telephone number listed on your Purolator Notice of Delivery.

Does Newegg.ca pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?

You, the customer, are solely responsible for paying the return shipping cost for defective or otherwise returned merchandise.

If an RMA ("Returned Merchandise Authorization") is necessary, and you contact Newegg.ca Customer Service in order to purchase a return shipping label, then Customer Service will provide that label digitally so you may print it at home.

If you pay to send the item back to Newegg.ca, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call Newegg.ca Customer Service at 1-800-390-1119 if you're unable to locate an item.

Does Newegg.ca deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Newegg.ca does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. However, Newegg can ship to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.

Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?

Newegg.ca may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. The most common reason why multiple boxes are used is for a single order is that Newegg.ca uses multiple warehouse locations. If items are stocked in different warehouses, they cannot be boxed together.

Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order, or do they decrease when multiple items are purchased together?

When you order multiple items together, your shipping cost is usually reduced, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. Simply place all items you wish to purchase in the shopping cart, pick your state and method of shipping and apply the shipping calculator.

You will be shown a total shipping cost that includes any applicable reductions. For certain items, due to significant shipping discounts already offered by Newegg.ca, the shipping will be added cumulatively, unless multiple items are purchased. Your shipping charge is always as per the website.

Does Newegg.ca ship internationally?

Newegg.ca does not ship to international addresses at this time.

How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package?

If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 2 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 12-14 business days of not receiving your order. Newegg.ca wants our customers to have a good shopping experience with us. However, we know that sometimes a product is defective or something happens so that you have to return the item to us. In those cases, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number to make things easy to track.

The Newegg.ca Customer Service Representative will assist you in completing an "RMA Invoice" with all the necessary data in order to return the merchandise to Newegg.ca.

Although we do our best to ship out all orders the same day they are placed, we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. Processing time is not included in your shipping option, your shipping timeframe starts from the day we ship out your order.

What is Large Item Delivery?

Large Item Delivery is designed just for large items like TVs and appliances. The item will be delivered to the front door of your home or office by our selected shipper. Delivery personnel will NOT unpack or setup the item for you. You'd need to upgrade to White Glove Delivery (Adult signature required) for that service. Normal delivery hours for Large Item Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., local time. AIT will contact you at the number you provide to arrange a delivery time. An adult signature is required to certify acceptance of delivery.

What is White Glove Delivery?

White Glove Delivery is a full-featured shipping method to take the stress out of unpacking your item. Designed exclusively for large items like TVs and appliances, your delivery person will bring the product into the room of your choice, completely unpack it and, if you like, dispose of all packaging materials. (this isn't always recommended in case you have to ship the item back) Normal delivery hours for White Glove Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., local time.
