Pros: Good design, nice quality recordings, mp3 playback, long battery life.
Cons: Suffice to say that even if this is babied by sitting on a shelf with occasion use it will not function after a period of time. Read the reviews Olympus and elsewhere. There is a problem with the thing not turning on--it is a defective in design or manuf. I have another model of Olympus recorder that still works great and has been beat on.

Pros: So far I am pleased with the camera. I was hesitant to by a refurbished camera. But, I'll know more in a year. We'll see if it still functions at that time.

Other Thoughts: spend extra money and buy a good one that allows you to pull the recordings.

Pros: Great for the price, great size and user maneuver.
Cons: Doesnt have a USB port, however you can hook up a cable between devices and record tht way.

Cons: No way to transfer files to PC. Because, no connection wire to PC. No software and a lot of big scatches on the back of the batteries cover. It's look so nasty.
Other Thoughts: It's refurb.. But how can I use it with out wire ??? I feel like to through it to the trash can.

Pros: Covers good size area, with clarity. Easy to use. Software is good too.
Cons: haven't found any yet, unless it's that it picks up all sounds, so when we have special speakers, we get some audience sounds too..
Other Thoughts: this is our second one..we wore out the first...good overall experience..

Pros: This is a great recorder - I manage meetings and record them to avoid having to take detailed notes. I've owned it for about two years and never had difficulty with it.
Cons: None.

Cons: Difficult to use. I purchased to use for meetings and usually don't have to spend much time reading the manual. This was not one of those times.
